I heard good things about this place so I decided to take my mom for her birthday. I was extremely disappointed in the service and how we were treated. The waiter was not attentive at all. My mother didn’t even get to choose her birthday dessert, they didn’t even ask anyone at the table. They just brought her tiramisu and she doesn’t even like tiramisu. Completely unorganized and the supervisor or owner wasn’t apologetic about the experience at all. He could care less and should be ashamed how his staff let alone him treated me and my family. They single handedly ruined my mother’s birthday. Go at your own risk.

Unfortunately we didn't eat the food, the woman just urgently used the toilet, which was possible without any ifs and buts.We still left a tip there.

We were a group of 7 and they were terrific. Their house specialty parts, Fettuccine vino rosso was terrific, scallops fra diavlo special was great. The service was terrific. My wife and I are there 35 years ago, just as we remembered it.

Appetizers were decent. Service was inattentive. We had to get our own coats out of the coat check. Do yourself a favor, do not order the gnocchi.

Made a reservation weeks in advance and still took over 15 mins to seat us as they made a makeshift table all the way in the back. They don’t know how to make real Italian food. It’s very overpriced and underwhelming. $55+ steak was fatty, small and had no sides. Hot Antispasto looked frozen. They also don’t know how to make sauce. Fra Diavlo was just regular marinara with a slab of linguine. Didn’t even provide small utensils for the lobster or an extra napkin. Cheesecake was not Italian cheesecake. Very disappointing experience.

10/10. BEST ESPRESSO MARTINIS I've ever had. I genuinely crave their espresso martinis. The food is great here too. They have some of the best gluten free pasta I've ever had and cook a lot of their food in olive oil instead of butter so it is great for people with gluten and dairy allergies. The ambiance is beautiful. It's a great spot for a date night and special occasion too. The owner and chef is very kind and friendly. The hostess, wait staff, and bar tenders are great too.

I brought my family to Marco Polo to share a Thanksgiving meal.I had made reservations and waited in line like everyone else.I was at the front counter with my family when someone with their family walked through the door the manager came over walked around us, smiled at the man and proceeded to seat his family.I was not in a rush, I had no problem waiting in line, but the sheer lack of respect for my family placed a damper on our Thanksgiving dinner. The food was pretty good unfortunately the portions were very small. It's clear this restaurant is focused on padding its bottom line. They couldn't even bring us over a second piece of bread. With all of the choices available in Brooklyn, this place has seen better days and needs a complete interior renovation.Parking: The restaurants located in the middle of a residential neighborhood parking spots are often difficult to come by.

Very welcoming, and some dishes were excellent! Try the pasta special (made in a Parmesan wheel), Branzino, Misto Frito appetizer, Gnocchi, Ravioil or the Pesto Rigatoni! Skip the squid ink pasta and beet salad. They need to work on their background music. The desert menu could be expanded.

Great service, nice atmosphere. The pork chop may have been the best I've ever had. I'll be back!
