This is the worst mcdonald's in Brooklyn got people in here that don't want to work got by the time you get your slushie it's going to be water they need to fire the whole staff
Went in for breakfast 3/10/24. Walk right up to the counter all employees on side gossiping talking like the don't even car who there, a elder lady came out walk right pass me didn't even mention there customer. Finally the server came not even gd morning or nothing I know where not in a fancy city where you get gd morning and as soon as you walk in you feel at home. Straightened this out because I remember this same store being g crowded for breakfast so they already using costumer. Be careful who your hiring

I definitely love this McDonald's on Pitkin Avenue!!!
I dont understand why the staff do not have any patience with the costumers specially Elderly. Even when they wrong instead of apologize they give you attitude specially tye female managers. Around 2 pm is a lot of kids from school over and you can hear the staff laughing and making jokes on the back instead of trying service people faster.
