I would suggest to not order from this McDonald’s, it takes forever for them to prepare the food. I’ve already had 2 hour-long waiting experiences on Uber Eats.

This location is great. Always clean and the staff work really hard to keep everyone moving. There are courteous to the high school kids who hang out there. Overall, this is a very efficient McD’s.

They serve the customer very poorly, I spent half an hour waiting for my order and they ignored me even though they had the order ready, I asked them to open the bathroom 3 times and they did not want to open the bathroom for me.

Easily one of the WORST McDonald’s in ALL OF BROOKLYN.Staff are extremely and intentionally ignorant. The SLOWEST service imaginable.They don’t even wear uniforms, one staff was literally wearing grey sweatsuit.Save yourself the frustration and go to a different McDonald’s nearby, there are several close.They won’t come to the counter to take orders or speak to customers. Literally just standing in the back on FaceTime or watching YouTube whilst a line of customers are ignored.
Save yourself the frustration and skip this location entirely. Head over to the Meeker location instead. It's evident that there's a serious lack of management oversight here, resulting in subpar customer service. The dining area is consistently messy, and it's not uncommon to witness employees swearing, chatting on FaceTime, or browsing social media instead of attending to their duties.
