My Plush Bundles
I traveled to this location on Kings Plaza and it was completely shut down. They needed to shut it down anyway but I was craving a Mc Crispy this day or a Cheeseburger and was in the area. It was during the day. Chipotle was open and Starbucks. Completely a disaster here anyway. They need to add Wendy's here instead anyway. March of 2023.

I ordered a quarter pounder and for some reason the cheese tasted like plastic and the meat tasted like rubber.I've never been to a McDonald's that had their burgers taste that bad to a point I had to throw it out because it was giving me a stomachache and the cheese was making me want to throw up.

I ordered 2 Quarter Pounders they were Raw in the middle, they said to me that I wanted well done and I didn't get fresh they microwaved them I was not happy nasty couldn't even eat the second one. You guys should be a shamed of yourselves
The cashiers were nice but when it comes to ordering and picking up, it can be slow. The problem is the lack of open windows and the amount of people working.

Busy as usual inside a mall. Slow in service and mouthful of attitude. The workers themselves hate it there. Paid for a Pokémon happy meal and got a Scooby doo girls toy in there. My 7yo son doesn't like girl dolls. They charge you for the toy and if knew they were going to give me junk that I didn't ask for, I wouldn't pay for it.

So I order a large fish meal and double cheeseburger this evening and was given lukewarm fries that were as it seemed the last bits in the tray and the fish was rock hard and overcooked badly with a literal drop of tarter sauce, the burger was half wrapped with cheese oozing out of the wrapper that I requested a new order and the second was worst than the first. I asked for the manager who was indifferent and dismissive stating, “ what u want me to do I’m the only manager here, I can’t be in the back and the front too!” I told him he has great managerial skills, asked for a refund and left! The cashiers in the front laughed the entire time, it’s astonishing! I don’t know who oversees this location but my complaint won’t stop here, I’m sending my concerns to the district office!

Very ghetto and disrespectful,going there is a complete waste of time,to recieve ypur food cold and had been sitting on the counter for over 20 mins and when asked get told to wait.

Couldn’t be any worse. Employees doesn’t know how to treat customers. Doesn’t know manners at all. Waited at the line for order and when my turn came she straight said this is a cash only line and I have to wait in line again at the other register where they’d accept cards too. THERE WAS NO SIGN SAYING CASH ONLY, she aslo could’ve just take my order at the other register. Terrible.
