I've been long customer for this place. I just noticed for lunch special box is now same box for both curry and rice. They must change this!!

The thai food here is very tasty and generous portions! I'd recommend going for lunch and taking advantage of the lunch specials. I enjoyed the pad Thai and if you like spicy foods, the drunken noodles

One thing I can say is that the food is what I've come to expect from Thai spots. Delicious! And they had cute little details like heart & wings shaped carrots on the Drunken Noodles & pineapple fried rice meals. Definitely go for the lunch special where for $20 you can get the seafood dish (shrimp, calamari & muscles) with an appetizer ( I got the spring rolls and there were two). But, they do not have hard alcohol. Beer, wine & sake only. I really enjoyed the lychee martini with sake. Came with two huge lychee fruits on a skewer. It did take me 15 minutes or so to order the drink because the server was new. I asked a few times if there were cocktails, which she answered yes but we couldn't locate them on the menu. She also didn't know how the food was cooked or what was included. At the end, I noticed that all of the items had an upcharge (maybe a $1) from the menu. I pointed out one and it was quickly changed, but not the others. I may come back if in the area, but more so for takeout. The senior server tried to assist, but we seemed more of a burden since the new server gave us incorrect information and had to grab her a few times. They also forgot my drink and were on break so couldn't bring another one. Overall, grab and go.

I was craving some Thai spices and food and found this place. The first thing I noticed is a B rating from the inspection. Secondly, they do not serve anything besides beer or allow you to bring your own. The service was ok; the girl did not have a lot of interest in use. The menu looked promising, but once we ordered, the food flavors were underwhelming. I wished they got more favor in soups, and it felt like the soup was diluted rather than having that umami flavor that I expect from Thia cuisine. The place is just ok, nothing special.

below average. The mango salmon was so small and does not justify the price. The teriyaki chicken was just two chicken patties with teriyaki sauce on the side.

Chill Thai spot. I got the pad Thai lunch special and the Thai iced tea and I thought it was tasty and reasonably priced. Not spectacular but pretty good. Friendly and warm service and interesting selection of pop covers as background music...

I'm always in search of a good Thai restaurant especially ones that offer great lunch specials. I was running errands around Bergen ( BKLYN Larder cheese replenishment, etc) and Yelped nearby Thai and *Mee Thai popped up. After a 10 minute walk from Larder, I entered and was the first and only customer on this frigid day. It was great having a peaceful and solitary moment, had a busy Friday and Saturday. Mee Thai's environment is very cozy and the staff warm and welcoming. There were numerous lunch specials to choose from but I ordered my usual Thai iced tea, and Lunch Special with Thai Salad and Pad Se Ew with chicken. The food came out together which I really don't prefer but I guess I should have specified. The tea was perfectly sweetened and very refreshing. The salad was fresh with delicious tofu and a kickin peanut dressing. The Pad Se Ew was also perfectly spiced, piping hot and the chicken was plentiful. The server was very sweet and accommodating. We talked about the weather, and other small talk. I told her how much I enjoyed my meal and am in this neighborhood quite often. *ahhh.. you've noticed my asterisk. I've learned Mee means noodles in Thai. Well I'm just wild about the noodles served at Mee Thai. Chan ca klab ma! ( I'll be back in Thai) :)

One of my favorite Thai places in the neighborhood! Everything was made with love, including the papaya salad, green curry, and vegetables basil. My favorite dish of my visit was the pa kee mao with the tofu. The noodles were so chewy and the tofu was so flavorful! Plus the staff was thr nicest person I’ve ever met!

The best Thai food I’ve had since Thailand! Staff is all so friendly and accommodating - although the server was busy, she remained attentive and cheerful throughout the meal. We ordered an appetizer of curry puffs (delicious, and you’ll want to use the dipping sauce on everything), green curry (very flavorful and packed with protein and veggies), and pad see ew - very tasty, full of broccoli, and the noodles were a perfect consistency. We couldn’t decide what else to order (menu is extensive), and told the waitress to surprise us. We were brought spicy, crispy pork belly, served with rice and a fried egg (pictured) - absolutely AMAZING! Flavors were spot on across the board. The restaurant itself is cozy, clean, and has a relaxed atmosphere. I plan on coming back - again and again!!
