Service is good. The space is large and they have a patio. I got the Chocolate Molten cake, which didn't have the liquid center I expected, but it was tasty. I also got the Lobster Tails, which were huge. They were very good. It's a little pricey but worth it.

I walked in to get a whole cherry crumble pie, there was a decent line inside. The love was moving fast until they got to me. Apparently the three women and man inside were all busy after they were finished with the two customers before me. Once lady walked in front of me after handing off a cake and didn’t even ask if I needed help when I was clearly waiting in line. And let’s not talk about the lady in the barista area who I’m clearly standing in front of and never asked me if I needed any help or told someone else I was waiting to order. Never had this problem until today and I am always ordering from here just about once or twice a week .

Overhyped, personally I thought the pastries tasted processed and not authentic

I recently made an online order for a wedding cake with Mia’s. When ordering, the type of frosting was not mentioned but upon confirming the order, it stated that fondant would be used. I immediately called to see if it could be adjusted since I didn’t want fondant. I was told that the cake representative wasn’t in today but could chat with them online. They replied via chat saying they could use buttercream instead. Fast forward to the day of pickup, the cake was made with fondant. Despite it being a beautiful cake, we were really upset that fondant was used when we specifically asked them not to do so. For the price of the cake and the occasion, I am extremely disappointed that this simple request was not met.

Mia's is my favorite bakery of all time. The coconut cake, the almond cake, the tres leches cupcakes are some of my favorites from this bakery. Service is always quick and it's great that you can have a seat and enjoy your dessert with some coffee.
