Good customer service and drink selection

No wifi- and no posted sign so I didn't know until after I forked over my cash! I came here to stare into my device and do some work. Look, doing work in a cafe is like an obvious social norm. So if you don't do the wifi thing, you should say so publicly because I came away irate after paying for a pricey dessert and iced coffee without a lid expecting to do some work here and now I'm sitting here with iced coffee splashing on my pants feeling like an absolute chump for coming here. The misery of sitting alone with my thoughts unmediated by my device isn't even mitigated by a good pastry- it's completely fine but I'm just filled with annoyance!!

I come here easily once a week. Today, I wanted a squirt of hand sanitizer before I began eating/drinking…none available. Are you serious?!? It’s January in post-Covid NYC. Please be more conscientious. It’s a small thing that goes a long way, especially since you don’t offer a restroom for your customers. It’d also go a long way for employees since none of them wear gloves while handling food/drinks. Every small business has a bottle sitting out near its register at this point. Catch up.

Cool little coffee place next to the Vietnamese sandwich shop. Very convenient location. Not enough space for you to hang around too long. Coffee is solid but nothing super memorable.

Extremely expensive 5.75$ for a small bottle of Orange Juice, additional $1 for using almond milk instead of regolar milk.Worst part was the service, the barista was very rude and passive aggressive to rush me paying the orange juice I took for my daughter after I already closed my previous bill. Not the relaxing experience a family would expect in Park Slope.

Great coffee spot with cool vibes and fun interior decor. They have both a classic coffee menu and a large variety of specialty drinks menu. I typically stick with my black Cold Brew and Americanos, but coming here on a rainy Saturday made me want to switch it up. With so many options available, it took me awhile to narrow it down to the Cardamom Latte and Salted Caramel Latte. Big fan of the Cardamom Latte, it's lightly sweetened with a nice spice aroma from the Cardamom. When I come back in the future, I'll have to choose between that or trying something new on their seasonal menu.

I think this place (the entire chain) once had more Asian inspired dessert offerings which I think would pair better with their teas. But maybe that’s just me.Also no Wi-Fi and no laptop policy (in the morning as per Logan.

perfect cozy spot for a soothing or warming wellness tea, or seasonal latte. the staff was very helpful in guiding me to the perfect beverage—this morning it was a ginger chai latte, with very present ginger which was perfect for my scratchy throat. i’ll be back super soon ☕️ ?

Look I'm sure the coffee is great. My friend Patrick, who brews his home coffee with a goose neck kettle and thermometer, said it was the best coffee he had in Park Slope. But I'm here for one reason and one reason only: the spiced fig bar. Oh my god. Perfect balance of flavors and textures. Crumbly buttery gooey and plenty sweet but balanced by spice and salt. It's GF also but who cares? Capital y Yum.

The matcha was so bad :(

My matcha latte was undrinkable - bitter and powdery. I was so disappointed that at a place that prides itself on quality barista coffee drinks, they lack even a low level matcha powder and the simple but necessary tools to make it (a bowl and a wisk, 175 degree water!). I hope they read this and realize they need to step up their game as so many other cafes have.
