I think I just found rat feces in my food. So not only did they get my order wrong they tried to charge me extra for what I already paid for. Then I open my food and find this in it.The chicken is usually ok and I order shrimp fried rice always but I don’t know what was going on. This is my last visit.

I brought Chicken lo mein and the Chicken was not cooked and the noodles were raw and when I went to complain the workers got very nasty I won't ever go back there ever again this place sucks I don't recommend to

So I just ordered from this place for the first time, they were super stressed because of the grubhub promotional they had no idea about. Originally on the app I got a notification that my food was already delivered when it wasn't and honestly I thought it was never going to come. I called about 3 times and eventually it was delivered about 5 hours later. I gave them 5 stars because I get they were really stressed with all the orders and Even though it took a while, it still came through. Also the food tastes good too. I wish I could amend my review on grubhub, hopefully this suffices

The young girl that works there is very nasty gets orders wrong, doesn't appologies and says its the customer fault.
The staff hete are very disrespectful and they always mess up orders.

I placed an order here for delivery for the first time. Only live 5 minutes away in driving time and had to wait an hour for a simple order of garlic wings and French fries. Received the food , paid $15 total and received plain wings (not garlic wings) and fries. Called them back and they said "well we didn't charge you for garlic wings"! I said I didn't tell you a price you quoted me one and we confirmed the order twice. They said they would not make it right even if I paid whatever the additional $1-2 more if anything. I told them I will never order from here again and they said "that's no problem". Not even an apology? Really. And the food is dry! Don't take a chance to support your surrounding neighborhoods just Stick with what you know!
