I was refused the original receipt upon purchase of foods . I was given a copy of the receipt by who I assume is the manager , a European complexion guy . Mirrors are all over the place , giving a cheap , unpleasant atmosphere with cameras popping out , showing you’re always being recorded . This place is not worth your time , except if you order small to- go items . And even then , it’s 20% overpriced . 8.35 for a half full container of broccoli and some garlic .

I called to order a delivery. I ordered Acapulco burger which I repeated at least twice. The old lady taking the order didn’t want to bother with the details and wrote a regular burger either cheese for me. I also ordered a phillly wrap, but for some reason that old rude lady decided to double it. Good thing I caught it in time. Stay away from this place.

The food was delicious and service was great. I had a hot roast beef sandwich and fries. Since it was a lunch special, I got Manhattan clam chowder with it. I would definitely recommend this place and can't wait to go back.

Reunited with a best friend from over 40 years ago at the recommendationnof her co worker. This place certainly didn't disappoint! Our waiter was friendly and sweet, made recommendations and helped us choose from the (very large) menu. I ordered the chicken parmigiana dinner and he suggested angel hair pasta instead of penne since two much gluten upsets my STOMACH. My girlfriend choose the smaller chicken parmigiana hero with fries.Meal came with soup choose the shrimp bisque (OMG GOD IT'S DELICIOUS!) and salad. Waiter generosly brought my friend her own cup of soup and salad to share. My main came and it is huge portions (think happy leftovers for at least two more meals if you're a small woman like me. That's VALUE on our modern budgets.)Chicken breast was flavoursome and juicy. They bring you an extra cup of sauce and there's a good reason - it's freaking delicious! And they also bring a baskets of different yummy, crusty and soft, plushy breads. So you want to sop up more sauce. Plus crackers. Like old-school diner generosity. Oh, and I forgot the tray of sweet and dill pickles, the most delicious coleslaw I've had in decades, garbanzo beans and beets. My meal was delicious, and leftovers enjoyed by my son and mother's widower. Diners like these are national treasures. I can understand why every table was full with large groups of happy people enjoying their food. I give you ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and will return when back from western Canada. And I'm bringing friends.

Excellent, quality food. All elements of the main courses were fresh, containing quality ingredients. The meat was of high quality; the coffee was strong and dark -- as NYC coffee is always supposed to be -- and freshly brewed, served in a classic coffee mug on top of a saucer. The onion rings were fresh (something often hard to find); the cheese was fresh and well-melted; the French fries were cooked well and tasted nice. The pickles were fresh; the tomatoes were fresh; and the lettuce were fresh. (Two minor notes: The coleslaw could have used less mayonnaise. Perhaps extra mayonnaise was meant to be a substitute for the taste of freshness? And, second, the chickpeas were just fair.) Our waiter was pleasant and very helpful. The busboy was also attentive. I can only speak to the ambiance on what was a very quiet night: it was peaceful and we could eat in quiet -- not something that comes around often in Brooklyn.
