My friend recommended this place, but after reading so many bad reviews, i was skeptical. Somehow, some reviews looked fake, so I decided to come with my friends anyway. We came for lunch, and we were pretty impressed with the seafood selection. Most of them are very good and fresh. They gave us a small fresh lobster for the table and abalone per person. The shrimps were alive, but they said no more after 2 orders, which was hard to believe. But I got it, it's expensive. The drinks are included and as well as the desserts. The service was good. The waitress was very nice. We had a great time and will definitely come back again.

It was my first time to go to the Flame Mountain, and 48.95 per person in the afternoon was quite a deal. The flow of people was not too busy. I praised that the freshly killed bullfrogs were really fresh (the lady who served us said they were just killed today), and other things were also quite fresh. The crayfish didn't taste very good. Just prepare disposable gloves. I ate it without wasting it. The girl who took our order was very nice, but then a girl had a bit of a stinky face. They were very diligent in changing plates throughout the process, and they would also ask if they wanted to add more dishes from time to time. The overall feeling was nice. The hot pot base tastes really bland :) After feedback, I was very positive and immediately added some chili oil, but I still felt it was tasteless. Would go again! Hope to encounter some different seafood in different seasons.

I can only say that the waitress named "Shanshan" came twice to eat your order. The buffet itself is that customers can order whatever they want. When you come in, you are in a situation where you can order more food. Be more patient with your customers. If it weren't for the fact that the tip is shared equally among everyone (the other brothers and sisters are good at service), if you really don't want to be able to work in the service industry without paying a dime, I suggest you do something else.

The service is poor, the meal is not worth the price, and the place is small. I will not go there again next time. Two adults and two children cost 256, which is basically the price of an ordinary meal. Counting 59 per person, I have been in Hong Kong before There are only 32 people in the world eating the same meal. So boss of Flame Mountain, you haven’t thought about why you are also a hot pot restaurant. Why do most of your family feel that there will be no next time after eating it? You have to think about the problem.

Four people spent 256...I gave a tip of 34...Well, the manager came over and asked directly if the service was not good and I tipped the wrong one...Okay...I'm sorry, I tipped too little...I tipped another ten yuan. ...the food was just that, nothing special, never went back.

AYCE hot pot in Sunset Park that offers bevy of seafood choice, including bottomless Sashimi - we had three orders. You can pick up to 2 broths so we had duck and short ribs which were both excellent with lots of herbs mixed in. Just a few of the great meat and seafood selections include Argentine shrimp, snow crab, and lobster. They also have live shrimp available so if you're squeamish I suggest skipping that one or asking for the dead ones. Durian fans, take note, they serve unlimited fruit here too as well as durian desserts. I enjoyed the different mochis but note they are filled with flavored whip cream, not bean paste or ice cream. Service was spot on - they took great care of us though I had to get up to refill cold water myself. Overall, really great experience and suggest coming with a native Mandarin speaker.

We came on a Saturday afternoon during lunch time. The cost per person was $48.99 not including tip and tax. The food was not bad the only major issue was that the staff kept pressuring us to order more food when we already had food on the table. Seafood is also mot that fresh compared to the meats. If you pay cash you get a different kind of bigger and fresher shrimp.
