The food was amazing! I had ordered a steak panini and iced Nutella late. When I tell you I felt like I was in heaven. Delicious.The Server Adriana was really sweet and attentive.Great atmosphere to bring your laptop and work (cafe vibes). No complaints at all 9/10 .

I order delivery from here frequently partially due to laziness and partially due to wanting to try the entire menu. Panino Rustico of Mill Basin is truly one of the only places I've had food from where I can confidently say that everything is absolutely delicious and smells even better (my younger cat couldn't stop smelling my breakfast order this morning, iced coffee included). My mom thinks their olive bowl is genius and will get upset if I don't order her at least a cannoli from here with every order of mine.

I had a disappointing experience. I wanted to try a new food spot during my lunch break. The customer service fell short of expectations, and the unpleasant energy from the staff member with the elf ears made me reconsider trying their food. It's unfortunate when businesses hire people whose behavior affects their success.
