You won’t find better traditional Puglian food anywhere outside of Puglia itself! Vittoria and Pasquale are amazing and I make it a point to visit with them as often as I’m able. I went there earlier today and it was amazing. The man behind the counter was really nice and he was able to explain to me what was good and what was popular. He recommended I get the classic and the porcini which were both delicious. The bread is prepared perfectly. The chewiness of the dough and the taste of the dough are five stars. The dough is also very light. The inside of each panzerotti is filled with a very chewy mozzarella cheese and the filling is delicious no matter what you order. I really love this place and I would love to family and friends here.

A hidden gem in Downtown Brooklyn specializing in panzerotti, a unique Italian pocket of flavor. It’s not a calzone which can often be too heavy. Instead, you get a light thin crispy dough on the outside filled with a thin appropriate amount of filling, my favorite of which is the spicy salami, mozzarella, and tomato sauce. They have a variety of flavors, whether savory and sweet. One is good enough for a snack, 2 for a meal. The owners are always there and super nice at every visit.
