Quick delivery, fresh and hot pizza. Was accidentally given the wrong pizza recently but the manager, Robert, was quick to address the situation, and sent me a free large pizza on my next order.

The delivery driver was awful. He called me that he was downstairs and that there was no parking, mind you I asked to deliver at my door. I get downstairs and I don’t see him. I call him back 3 times and even text him and I get no response for 6 mins. He then calls me yelling at me that he’s been standing in the lobby for 10 minutes. I don’t even have a lobby. I am expressing to him he’s in the wrong location and he is still yelling at me. So he was at the wrong location arguing and yelling at me for a whole 10 minutes before he realized he was wrong. Then gets to me and is beeping his horn and yelling at me to come and get my pizza. He then got out and started yelling at me until he saw my husband standing outside with me and then tried to apologize while laughing.To top it all off, I called the store and waited on hold for a whole 20 minutes waiting for a manger to answer and no one ever did. If I could give 0 stars I would because this was the worst delivery experience of my life. My poor kids had to wait 20 extra minutes to get cold pizza because the driver doesn’t have a sense of direction…

I wish I could put No Stars. No matter how much you tip the delivery driver, they will not deliver to your door. Horrible management and very rude staff.

Don’t pay for the tip. The driver won’t come to your door if you’re in an apartment building. As it is you have to pay for the delivery fee AND the tip and they make you leave your home. Food was cold and my order was wrong.

Pizza was good but the box was not secured. This issue was brought to the manager who was arrogant and didn’t even apologize. Will not order from this location again.
Ordered a 12 inch pizza with extra cheese pepperoni and chicken got bread sticks in a pizza box…called 2 times first time guy said he was the manager and that he gave the delivery guy 2 orders with the name Sarah on it…I callled the delivery guy and he said that he only had one order….called back the second time and got another gentleman who said he was the one that gave the order to the delivery driver pulled the order up that wasn’t mine and preseeded to tell me that it’s nothing we can do….how about come get this order that’s not mines and bring me my order if I could give them a negative 100 I would first for the lying second for the I don’t care additude recommend do not order from them

If I could I would give this place a 0 star, I really would-. The guy in there told me that I can't get my pizza (despite the fact I paid for it) . He said this because I forgot my receipt and he wouldn't even allow me to get a refund. My friend had to shout at him and we got the pizza but he told us to never come back. This was our first time at this Papa John's ?
