This place is totally disgusting. The people there are very unsanitary and they have very poor customer service. They have no respect for their customers. They need to be shut down. I will be calling 311 to complain against them. After ordering my food I noticed the floor has fesces smeird in the center. I was like oh no. Also it sounded as if one of the cokks had covid. I promptly asked for my money back. I would avoid this restaurant at all cost!! Please if you want good service clean food and nice atmosphere DO NOT COME HERE!!! THIS PLACE IS TOXIC ON ALL LEVELS....

is dont even want to give 1 stars this place look so messy and dirty we i open the door ..i work for uber eat and come all the way here to pick up a order for my costumer and they tell me to confirm and i can not cos the app freeze ànd i cant do anything about it and they took the pizza back and tell me to get out of the restaurant!!!!@-@ i was like FOR REAL you tell me tò GET OUT!!!!!at that moment i was shock which i was on the line with a uber costumer service person try to fix the app issues but this place is so rude that kick me out of the restaurant which make me so upsets and so sad for this papa john place..so they deserve no stars with this kind attitude a service

They get 3 stars only cause the food has been good. The customer service is ABYSMAL, there's no reason I should be waiting 20 MINUTES IN STORE to pickup an online order. In addition on my last visit last night, I witnessed the staff get into an argument with a couple over pepperoni in their stuffed crust pizza. Despite the couple having proof of what they paid for,,they left with ONLY cheese stuffed crust. If there were another chain pizza closer than this one, I would go in a heartbeat, this is unfortunately the closest one.

First time there, also last time. When in to get my order, no one in the front and the ones preparing the food didn't even ask if I needed help. They are working there because of customers like us that buy the food and then again no one asked, it took about 5 minutes for someone to come and ask if I ordered already. And the food was just ok, that's it.
