My slices were very unimpressive . I finished one and I threw away another . I was adventurous and tried a potato mix with afew other things slice and it was just horrible . Extremely difficult to pull apart , greasy, heavy and not tasty . It was certainly not worth the calories and I just threw it away . My second slice was a veggie slice . Veggie slices are supposed to be the "healthy" option when ordering pizza . This one was again oily , dried out and kinda chewy but better than the potato slice so I finished it because of the veggies . No mas for me.

Awesome cocktail bar in the back with delicious pizza up front. Went here for a friend's birthday last minute and Andrew was super nice and accommodating. The cocktails are super fun, especially the espresso martini and the pizza was sooo good and the slices are big! The potato + pesto was my favorite slice. Also it's super close to so many things. Can't wait to come back!

If you are in the Barclay's Center area and in need of good Pizza you may want to try Parashades. It is a tiny location that is easy to miss. I ordered two slices, and I dined indoors. I tried the Veggie slice and the Mushroom slice. Both were very good. I am not awarding five stars because the beverage selection was very limited, and the soundtrack need some serious adjusting. My bill with a can of soda was $14.15. I will give them another try.

INCREDIBLE cocktails: balanced, beautiful, and delicious. Great bartenders and incredible service. The pizza is stellar too. My favorite is the potato and pesto pie and of course the garlic knots.A little oasis in the middle of bustling Flatbush!! Cannot recommend this place enough!!!

My fiancé is incredibly picky about his martinis and claims they make the best in the city.Pizza tastes incredibly fresh and hits the spot, especially late night. I had a fennel and sausage slice and a cheese slice, both were incredible. Make sure to ask when they’ll do last call for pizza so you don’t miss out.The hospitality is second to none. Everyone that works there is kind, genuinely appears they enjoy what they do, and bring a great vibe. Highly recommend!

Until Parashades entered the neighborhood, Prospect Heights was a bit of a pizza desert... Now we all have a place to get delicious slices/pies with homemade dough and other ingredients. In my opinion, after visiting (and ranking) 60 other pizza places in the city, the pesto & potato is a top 5 pizza in New York. Homemade tomato sauce and pesto drizzle, some seasoned potato slices, and high-quality cheese come together on top of an excellent crust for this winner.The cocktail bar in the back is a hidden gem as well! The staff is helpful and friendly, and the bartenders really know their stuff. Drinks both on the menu and off the menu (tell them what you like and they’ll craft something special) are sophisticated and tasty. It is also great to be able to order some pizza or garlic knots while in the bar area.Overall, I highly recommend Parashades and hope to see these guys around for a while!

Best slice shop in the area IMO - you have to try the Grandma with pepperoni or the Potato Pesto slices. I can’t wait for the warmer weather to get use out of the backyard / patio! And it’s dog friendly ? Chris and Jordan, the bartenders, are so fun and make DELICIOUS cocktails. A very fun cocktail bar / speakeasy!!
