The ambiance is lovely and the pasta is delicious! I had the spicy red pesto it was nice and herby with a bit of a kick. I topped mine with shrimp- it paired nicely. We got the Brussel sprouts to start, I would say the balsamic is more of a vinaigrette over a glaze, a glaze would have been better. The waitress didn't rush us and let us hang out a bit after to finish our drinks which was nice. I'll be coming back!

I’m a pasta fanatic. And I was excited to try pasta from this place. After reading extensive glowing reviews about the Cacio de Pepe with Spicy, Crispy Prosciutto, I decided to get it delivered. However, after paying close to 30$ with all fees included I was sadly disappointed of what I had received. My first bite had reflected the glowing reviews. But then shortly after, the the food became incredibly salty. I'm aware of the natural salts prosciutto gives but this was unbearable. I felt I was just eating salt. To confirm my opinion, I had told my family the pasta was great and that they should all try it. After, I asked for their true thoughts, and salty was unanimous. Also, sitting at the bottom was an inch of oil. AN INCH!! I'm greatly disappointed. I don't wish this experience for anyone.

The service was super slow, but they were training a new person. This place is very busy, you will need a reservation! The corner is really loud, with normal amount of hawking and alarms going off. (Eat inside!). Recommended, but walk or take public transportation, as there is no parking available.

Note that this review is about vegan options only, my friends love the other stuff here! There are clearly labeled options which is nice but they're not very interesting or flavorful.

This place has quickly become a neighborhood landmark. Solid freshly made pasta to cook at home. Sauces are good — but overpriced. Still, we buy them half the time. Tiramisu is great too. Just very consistent food, and 9 times out of 10, really pleasant staff working the register too.

Absolutely delicious fresh pasta to take away and make it home. Lots of vegan and gluten-free options. Extremely kind and helpful staff. Couldn’t recommend more.

Dont think to come here and have real italian food, (i was born and raised in Italy), the cacio e pepe i ordered was overcooked and salty, i couldnt finish it. The brussel sprouts we ordered as appetizer arrived barely warm at the table and the burrata with prosciutto we ordered was mediocre, but what i really didnt like its that they dont serve bread at the table, you have to order separately focaccia for your prosciutto, I understand that the prices are not what were few years ago, but no bread in a restaurant is unacceptable. In italy this place would open and close in a couple of months. For the price and what they offer there are definitely better places in NYC

We ordered twice one evening, and both deliveries didn’t arrive. And after the second time of the food not arriving (at this point we had waited altogether 3 hours), they didn’t even offer anything in return…

Maybe it's because it's so hyped up but I find myself underwhelmed when I go to Pasta Louise. Nothing I've had is that great and the high prices are not justified by the quality. I'll give it at least a couple more tries though as I want to like it as much as everyone else seems to.

Ordered via GrubHub and the order was delayed three times. I chatted with GrubHub about an hour and 15 min after I placed the order and was informed that they had not even started preparing the order yet. I won’t try this again.

One of my favorite pasta place in Brooklyn! They serve fresh handmade pasta daily. Honestly most of there options are yum. I will say it was a bit salty, but overall still very delicious and fresh. Service was quick. Ambiance is pleasing and clean. Price is a bit high but you are paying for fresh pasta. Overall, I still would recommend this place.
