So delicious + dumb affordable. Some of the best Mac and cheese I've had from a restaurant. Great portions + flavorful food. Even though Pattie Hut is on Google Maps, I feel like true New Yorkers know this spot. Service is relatively quick when I've been, and there's places to sit.

Yesterday, I ordered Jerk Chicken with rice and peas, Oxtail Gravy with a side* of Rasta Pasta. The main course meal was so dry that I could no longer pretend that it was delicious. $30 in the trash!*When asked what 2 side orders I wanted with the platter, I told the server plantains and Rasta Pasta. The server then said that the pasta wasn't a side. But he'll give to me as a separate side order. So, is it a side or not? ?Either way, out of the entire meal, I was only able to stomach the entire pasta because at least it tasted good. As for the rest of the platter, just take a look at it ?♂️

The food is amazing. They have the best beef patties, and their oxtail is on point it smells so good. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. If you haven't gone there you're missing out.

I ordered fried chicken, rice & peas with plantain online, and I was told right away that there were no more plantains and given other options. The food was so good. Delivery was quick too. I'd definitely continue to be a customer here.
The oxtail, jerk pork and curry chicken is really good. Good Jamaican quality food. Price's are reasonable in today’s economy. But shout out to the chefs because that’s really the star of the establishment.Service needs improvement. For the record saying thank you to your customers after their purchase goes a long way. Unfortunate these restaurants especially in NYC will pass you your bag and not say thank you for your purchase or a simple thank you. We the customers are saying thank You more vs the establishment. Their customer service needs lots of improvement and the establishment lack good energy.

This restaurant recently changed its staff and cook. If you go there, do not order the rice and peas. It's extremely salty. The only flavor is salt. That amount of salt is unhealthy.

Incredible food, amazing staff, very homie ambiance. Cassandra helped me and it was my first time ever having this cuisine and it was awesome! She gave amazing suggestions and I really appreciate the help and friendly customer service from her.
