The vegans patties are not even good. $6 dollars for a thin patty?. I don’t recommend. I live nearby and the store is always empty doesn’t get much foot traffic so that should tell you something. And what’s with the attitude sheesh. So much for customer service. That’s probably another reason why ya don’t retain your customers or get new ones. I’ve seen good reviews on here but people are complaining about Customer Service. Fix your attitude and leave your problems at home when you come to work.

Please be careful - not every patty is vegan! I asked what protein was used to substitute for salmon in the salmon patty and the woman at the counter said "salmon" which was really confusing??? I said "wait it's not vegetarian?" and she said "no it's vegetarian *friendly*" and I was speechless. That's not really explained anywhere so please be careful and double check!

Had both pumpkin and a plantain patties. They were scrumptious with a light flaky crust and flavorful spiced filling.
Had the Island Storm and Green Vibes minus the honey, smoothies…they were just right and refreshing on a hot sunny Summer afternoon. Also had the jerk plantain, ackee, and callaloo Patties. They were flaky, light, not overly filled, not greasy, satisfying and tasty. Nice for quick bites on the run or chilling at home. I dined in. Just really cool vibes on a hot day.

The older woman and the ebony complexion woman who work here are sweethearts! The two younger ones (one is short and the other is tall and plus-sized) boy oh boy...These two always have an attitude, and the tall one is rude and disrespectful. My lady and I purchased some patties. The patties were cold, despite being taken from a heating apparatus. However, we didn't make a big deal about. Then we realized we were given the wrong patties. We went back to let the tall woman know, and her attitude was on 1000. My lady asked why did she have an attitude? Her response: "Leave the f***in store". Then she claims she never said that. Patty Haus, who trains these people?? Last time coming here smh. Veggies and Punchline it is.

This was about to be my favorite place because the Pattie’s are absolutely delicious. Until I came in this afternoon. The first time I went the older woman was very welcoming and kind but the second time I went which was today around noon the girl behind the counter gave me so much attitude like I was bothering or annoying her when I didn’t do anything to her. I was two seconds from getting out of character and that wasn’t the day I was having. I don’t want to be any place where I’m spending my money and the person that is supposed to be servicing me is acting like I’m bothering them. Two & done. Food is good though that’s why I gave 3 stars.

Tried their pumpkin patty. because I usually buy that one at Natural Blend. It doesn’t compare. It was flat as many of the others on display. Plus, it did not test fresh. Seemed like it was sitting for a while. Which may be why it was flat and not entirely crispy.I’d definitely try again to see if it was just maybe a bad time/day.
