Neighborhood Gem UncoveredPiz-zetta Pizzeria, a bustling spot right on my block, was a place I'd always noticed but never ventured into, assuming it couldn't possibly live up to the hype. How wrong I was! Hunger led me there recently, and I discovered it's not just good—it's outstanding.The pizza here redefines the New York style by going super thin, allowing the toppings to shine through with vibrant flavors, not overshadowed by dough. This nuanced approach to a classic makes every bite a revelation of taste and texture.The atmosphere within Piz-zetta is as delightful as its food. The staff exude genuine kindness, contributing to a welcoming, unpretentious vibe that’s rare and refreshing. It's clear that Piz-zetta isn't trying to be anything more than what it is: an excellent local pizza spot, and it succeeds wonderfully.I'm now a convert and a fan, regretting only that I didn't try it sooner. Piz-zetta Pizzeria has quickly become a favorite of mine, and I look forward to many more visits. I came here on a Friday night and was surprised by how quiet it was. I sat down and ordered their ravioli. Overall I enjoyed it. The cheese filling was a bit plain but the pasta was covered in a thick layer of gooey cheese. The garlic knots were good. The prices are good as well. My family ate here last week for lunch before we went to the Transit Museum. Definitely the New York Pizza we were looking for. Fully satisfying and delicious. Will definitely be back again when we get to visit.
I ordered their gluten free pizza from Uber Eats and was blown away! As a gluten sensitive person, pizza is one of the foods I miss the most. Their pie was thin and crispy - not crumbly at all like other GF options. It arrived quickly and tasted great. I will absolutely order again!Dietary restrictions: Great gluten free pizza!

Some of the best grandma pizza I’ve ever had. The sauce is zesty, full of flavor, garlicky, and authentic Sicilian style pizza! Btw, chicken parm is incredible too!
Best slice in New York let alone Brooklyn, went to all the big name places and this one clears them all. Sauce they use is amazing and they’re all very friendly, gave us an extra slice and some cookies as well. Can’t wait to come back next time we visit from Australia. Margarita and Sicilian are must gets.
