PIZZA PIZZA ?jk that is little caesar’s slogan and he was betrayed by 60 people. A horrible moment in our history as a species….but this is a review about PIZZA. Can you out pizza the hut? Well this pizza hut is attempting too. Pizza Hut as an establishment seems like it should no longer be around. It seems like a dated relic from another time. This Pizza Hut strikes a healthy balance. Many others speak of cold undercooked pizza. Ours was cooked and we ate all of it. You can use my hand as a reference for a medium pizza. Thank you and goodnight!!

This is easily the worst Pizza Hut in the country. When they DO actually get you your food, it's a mess, cold, and incorrect, but more often, they make you wait 45 minutes, then just cancel your order with no explanation. It's happened to me multiple times. Just don't waste your time with this place.

Ordered a large one topping pizza for take out and came in 30 min later to pick it up. Told the man at the register my name and he went looking for my order. After searching up and down and asking his staff if they made it, he comes to me apologizing and saying to give them 10 min to make it. A little annoyed, I say fine because I’m already here so what is 10 more min. The staff looked so messy and were acting incredibly childish doing their job but I just wanted my food and to go. After about 15 min, I see them bickering with each other and complaining about an order being wrong. It was my order. They didn’t put any toppings on it so while looking over at me to make sure I wasn’t looking, they began stuffing the toppings into the cheese. One of the girls even awkwardly waved and said hi since I was staring at them doing it. I wish I was making this up and that I took a picture of it. They bring it out to the front to give it to me and I open it up and laugh at the patchwork job they did on my order. They ask if it’s ok and the original guy at the register said of course it’s not ok. He then told me to take a 2 liter of soda as an apology. I will never come back to this location.

The pizza was terrible. I asked for extra sauce and nothing. Dry and tasteless. Reminded me of the old Domino's. Domino's really stepped their game up basting their crust with garlic butter. Funny because this is actually the first time I've ordered from the Hut. You can tell a lot about a pizza from it's crust. I've never had good pizza and bad crust. The crust was bland and I felt like it came from an over processed procedure. I was planning to go back and ask for a refund but it was my day off and I was watching the playoffs. Definitely a letdown.

Fast and great late night delivery experience and pizza for us
Delivery driver was nice. Sadly, the manager "forgot" to give the delivery driver our free pizza pie and free 2 liter Pepsi. I don't know why the manager didn't call the delivery driver to come back to the Hut to pick up our 2 free items, but the manager didn't. Honestly, I think the free pizza and soda promo is a scam by this pizza hut to get people to order and then not give them the free items which I am entitled to due to my purchase being more than $25. The delivery driver told us to call the Hut and speak to the manager. A rep answered and told us that the manager forgot to give the 2 free items to the delivery driver, all while laughing. We asked if the delivery driver could bring us back the free pizza and pie, and the rep said no because there was no other delivery to our address. Like you guys messed up, and admit it! Yet don't want to fix the situation. The rep at this pizza hut told us to call uber eats or to stop by in person to pick up the free items. If we lived nearby we wouldn't have ordered delivery in the first place. Buyer beware!

The workers take over 12 hours to make a 15- minute order. The food isn't good compared to when I was a boy. The pizza doesn't have cheese. The pizza crust is metallic, stiff, and hard. The pasta dishes are more cheese than pasta, sauce, and toppings. The workers spent more time stocking and conversing than making my order. They don't like to bag my food. They don't provide enough dipping sauce. I always have to ask for more dipping sauce. The orders are extremely expensive compared to when I was a child. The large pizzas are mediums in reality and actuality. The place is too small. They have three chairs for the customers to sit on but no tables. I have seen all of the other customers pick up personal (bite-sized) pizzas and not anything else. I believe I'm the only customer making big orders. I hate having to walk to carry my big order three blocks to my apartment because they don't want to deliver. The workers love to be distracted by the music that is playing in the Apple Airpods they wear in their ears. The workers love to wear piercings. Some of the male workers have big beards, but won't wear beard covers. I think they gave me hairy pizza. My SSN is 108-84-8266. My phone number is 3473644639. My address is 1365 Nostrand Ave Apt 2D Brooklyn, NY 11226. The boneless wings are not wings. They are nuggets. Chicken nuggets. The stuffed crust doesn't have cheese. I wished you learn how to cook better, sell stuff for fair prices, be sanitary, be quick, be courteous, and be respectful. I have kyphosis and scoliosis. I hate that you don't put the order in a BIG BAG WITH STRONG HANDLES ATTACHED TO THEM SO IT WOULD BE EASIER TO CARRY MY CARRYOUT ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT TO MY APARTMENT. I used to love pizza hut. Please appreciate my former loyalty to you as a perfect customer. I wish you could've been a perfect restaurant. I wish you could've been a perfect business.
