Staff needs to stay off their phone or at least be discreet I'm sure they're supervisors tell them all the time. It's a little rude in customer service which I am in ,too have to be the customer and stand there for 30 seconds watching someone doing a text... I don't really care in the end because I just want my food and I'll yell over and say "hello!" but I shouldn't have to do that..Other than that everything is fresh and all ingredients are good never had a bad meal from this playa bowls ❤️
