Hello everyone I'm here to report the terrible manager and service at this location. On Tuesday I was in this Popeyes ordering food and there was a lady beside me ordering lots of food and there was a ederly customer that offered the lady next to me a coupon the male manager with the dreads begun to talk to the elderly woman offering the coupon recklessly the other female customer said to the manager please don't do her like that. It was boiling my insides so I decided to ask the manager for my money back because that wasn't professional or appropriate he was hesitant to return my money trying to explain his behavior but honestly it's nothing he could of said. They put coupons in the neighborhood for customers to use so why embarrass the lady for offering another customer a coupon and I will not spend my money in this establishment

Wait too long to be acknowledged for my mobile pickup order on several occasions. I believe the workers are traumatized by delivery drivers. The crackheads outside that hold the door have a little more decorum now so there's that.

I tend to stay away from popeyes because to me their overpriced and when the food Is cold it's salty. Anyways was craving some of their shrimp. Ubereats had a promotion where you spend $15 and get a free 6 piece wings. Also there was a 50% off promotion. I order fries, 1/4 pop corn shrimp and drink combo. Also got the free wings and I added on strawberry biscuit. I got the food with no fries, no strawberry biscuit and no sauce for the shrimp. Then they added an extra dry regular biscuit. Like you could have called for a substitute or were they saying they ran out of everything? If the sauce and busuit were missing I would be fine. But I have to eat shrimp alone lucky this was snack and not my dinner. This is totally Unacceptable Smh. Ubereats refunded me but they should get their money back from popeyes because them losing money for their fault is not ok.

While I was getting my food saw the manager and an employee arguing at the register in order to how to pack the food Manager (looks to be Jamaican) employee looks to be (Hispanic) arguing manager explaining to him how it was not done properly and the employee tells him how he's been working at Popeyes for 20 years then then manager tells him I'm the manager Ander how he don't understand about things how his employee got his job or smothing to how he got his job from the century where he's coming from and the other employee that's at the register has a nervous smile on her faceI'm a director of operations at Hospitality industry it was sad to see it

Just glad to have them in the vicinity, no major complaints other than some time what is available when ordering on the app is not available in this particular location. Maybe it is every store's recipe but sometime the coleslaw is a little "gooey"...I hope it tastes a little more fresh, which actually does 1 out of 10

This is the most disorganized fast food restaurant I have ever visited. We ended up waiting 20 minutes for our order despite ordering ahead of time through the mobile app. They completely forgot to process mobile orders and there was also a huge line of people waiting for their orders.We ordered some chicken pieces and chicken fingers through the Popeyes app. The chicken pieces were good, about what you can expect from other Popeye chains but the chicken fingers had too much batter.

Everytime I come here to order before the closing time they close 30 minutes early. I placed an order so I can pick up an go but the staff doesn’t seem to care they ignore you.

Prices have gone up. Service is slow. The ambiance in this location is dismal. Challenging to understand the workers' speech. Why can't I see the cost of my meal on the cash register?!?!? Suspect and shady!!!After the incredibly long wait to place an order of a single piece of chicken, the change from my purchase dropped by the cashier all over the counter, I get home with my food to discover there was no biscuit inside the box!!!! This experience has been reported to the corporate office.
