Went in ordered my food the server ask what's my order and proceeded to continue talking with other server. Gave her my order she took her time to fill boxes and then she placed boxes aside. I asked what's going on with order then she mentioned they are out of biscuits, and it's a 2 -30 minutes wait for them. I can wait or get my refund. I asked for my refund she gave me $14 and proceeded to put the change and receipt of. The counter and started laughing. I told her that was rude and extremely poor customer service. The 14 cent is worth more in value than the customer service skills.

Yeah if you are going to close an hour before it says on your website and storefront perhaps leave a sign or something. Anything must be better then watching ppl pull on your door and looking annoyed at them for trying to open the to a business that says they are open on that same door.

They ask for piece preferences, I was almost shocked and had to choke back tears of happiness thinking back to all the times I get death glared and teeth sucking when I sheepishly tried to request my leg and thigh in the past. Idk if I was biased from my fantastic experience, but the spicy tasted spicier than other places…not complaining! It was great.

They ask for piece preferences, I was almost shocked and had to choke back tears of happiness thinking back to all the times I got death glares and teeth sucking when I sheepishly tried to request my leg and thigh in the past.
