Restaurant customer service is poor. There is always a line and employees are having personal conversations when a customer is at the counter. This is a busy location and should attend to customers instead being on their phone and having personal conversations. Where do I start ??♂️. They can’t cook , everything is bland, burnt or over salted. Then there’s the dining area literally looking like a garbage dump with forever dirty seats. Then the staff is constantly talking OVER your food and ignore whatever concerns you have.

I went in early and they sold me dry cold rubbery chicken that tasted like it was from yesterday. It was gross it was inedible. I returned to the store and the manager denied selling day old chicken but his employees were chuckling, like they knew he was full of it. Refused refund even though I showed him all the dry nasty chicken he had sold to me. I got a replacement and the new chicken tasted fresh and juicy like normal Popeyes, proving they had sold me yesterday gross dry chicken. Do not trust this business- the manager is a liar and is trying to make an extra buck selling old chicken.

They forgot to give me a sauce and also why is ranch 50 cents it's such a rip off, not to mention the fact that the got my order wrong and gave me 2 blackened ranch and 1 regular ranch instead of 4 blackened ones.

They Will Allow You To Stand There While They Assit Delivery People That Come In After You. IT Should Be First Come, First Serve. When You Say Something To Management -They Ignore You. Tired Of People Coming Into Our Neighborhood And Treating Our People With Disrespect And Terrible Customer Service.

I spent $54 on my food, the staff were rude. And then the completely forgot half my order. I tried to call back and complain, the phone wouldn't ring. And the fact I had to beg for extra sauce that I paid for. NEVER GOING BACK! TERRIBLE SERVICE!

If you’re a college student looking for a quick bite, you’re kinda better off buying Popeyes than BK because at least the food isn’t that greasy and your arteries won’t feel like they would clog up.
