To sum up this place is as simple as one line . In store pricing for sauces is 50 cents and if you order on your phone it is , 25 cents . This place only cares about profit . Bathrooms are out of service a lot and if they are not , they feel like I could get AIDS from the lack of cleaning . The same with the tables . They only clean once a day , at night . It’s simple , why ? To save money .

Fried chicken and fried chicken tenders on your mind? This is the place to get some of the crispiest chicken with some great southern spices. Pop in for a quick combo with some decent sides for a decent price. Easy location to the subway station.

It was pretty late and the staff was able to accommodate me. They made my order fresh. It was a rainy night but surprisingly the food was just as good as my favorite popeyes location. The service was great and the restaurant was clean.

This location has gone down ever since they switched staff members, it used to be my go to restaurant after the beach but now it’s easier to starve and wait until i go home then eat here again, the manager does absolutely nothing all day and hovers over the employees while doing absolutely nothing, he yells at the employees while cowering behind corners so the customers don’t see but we all do, they consistently get orders wrong because of the manager, several people in the restaurant will say one order and by the time they get it, half of the order would be missing because the manager distracts the workers so much, it is a completely toxic environment for the workers and the customers all because of the managers ego, physically he’s big and tall so no one talks back which allows him to continue of with worker abuse behind the register. absolutely horrific

They said “no more customers” an hour before closing time even though the doors were unlocked, had delivery guys in there waiting for orders had tons of visible chicken left that were not being given to delivery orders.

This is the worst location I have ever been to. The staff is extremely rude. The cashier had no sense of humanity. Yesterday, I observed a gentleman come into the establishment to use the restroom. He didn't appear to be disheveled. He simply asked to use the restroom. The employee told him he has to make a purchase. You need to buy chicken to urinate? I told him to go across the street to the City MD. Prior to that, two young ladies asked the cashier for sauce, she charged them 25 cents per. Maybe Chik Fila customer service has spoiled me, but yesterday's display was disgusting. Lastly, which probably should have been primary, was the appearance of the location. It was very dingy, with a dirty partition which separates the customers from the cashier. Needless to say, after the initial five minutes in there, I walked out without making a purchase. Businesses, especially those in NYC, have to understand that there are far too many options. Get your act together or customers will go elsewhere.
