Absolutely NO Customer Service here at all.Got my usual, Family Meal. But it was my first time ordering from this location..First time I've ever had to pay for Sauce. 75Cents for a Sauce Packet.Apparently, Sauce doesn't come with the Chicken. I'm Sorry but, $60 for 12 Pieces of Chicken and no Sauce is included?I think if your Specialty is Fried Chicken, Sauce should come with every kind of Chicken you serve..Yeah! I'm a Sauce Guy!So, won't visit this location again.

I placed a order online when I go to pick up the cashier lady treating the old man just asking for something like so horrible I couldn’t believe it there attitudes are insanely pathetic how they treat customers with no respect then when I ask to speak to the manager she doesn’t even control the situation that’s why the cashier lady is so rude the manager instead of leading by example she just has a attitude as well folds her arms shameful

I placed a very expensive order online, while placing my order I searched the entire website trying to add simple "sweet heat sauce" cause what's the point in ordering so much food with no sauce to eat it with. I said fine let me proceed to place my order and then call the store directly to add it to my order. Instant regret! Whoever picked up the phone have absolutely no customer service, or consultative selling style, I understand that rules are rules and you can't just add "simple sauce" to my order because it's not on my "receipt", even tho I explained that the website didn't give me an option to add it, and instead of going back and forth with me, you could have just apologized for the inconvenience and offer it complimentary and let me know for future references that I would have to be in store to get sauce with my order. I even went as far as asking to speak to a manager and instead I got "BANGED" on. I even went as far as calling back "12 times" and no answer, just kept getting declined "on purpose" or ring with no answer, because I no longer wanted the food, I wanted to cancel the order, cause since we couldn't get the sauces or extra condiments to eat all that dry food, but they refused to pick up the phone, so my order still went through and was still delivered. When I received the order, it wasn't even correct, I ordered TWO MASH POTATOES which was on my "RECEIPT" but yet I only received one, I requested napkins and utensils and I didn't received any, no straws to drink our beverages no spoon or fork to eat the one mash potatoes that they sent, no napkins and still No sauce or ketchup to eat all this dry food with, the lady went back and forth with me that rules are rules and you can only add what's on the receipt to my order, yet I didn't get the extra mash that I "PAID"for. So we weren't able to eat the food, a total of $62 dollars went to waist. I'm a Manager my self in the food industry, and this is not how you run a business. This specific location is starting to Become very dilapidated!

Thee worst location in New York City, should be shut down! No one wants to work there, not the employees, managers. The big manager can’t tell if it’s a guy or girl tall dark skin they had to have done something for that position cause there is no way they got hired like that. Never go here so we can get it out our neighbor!!

That staff is very rude and slow in taking your order. Doesn't want to take your order. I have a problem with the cashier the manager ignored me for at least 20 minutes. They never have what you ordered. And this is not the first time I've experienced at the place. Will never go back there again.
