This is the worst Popeyes I've ever been to. It's definitely a bunch of morons with no sense working here. They mess up ur mobile order and refuse to fix the situation. Not only that, when u make a fuss, they ignore u like ur the problem. I'm pretty sure this has to be independently owned because there is no way these people are trained on customer service... hell and common sense. Google needs to have a zero star option!

Inside is way too crowded, but I am writing about the delivery. The food is good, the employees are very pleasant. However, the app leaves a lot to be desired! When you click on support, and you say you want a real agent, you still get the robot. And the choices for your problem are not varied enough. As soon as I paid, I saw they added fries instead of mashed potatoes. I sent 3 help messages saying my order was incorrect; mashed potatoes should be in place of fries! They kept offering me points. I don't want points! I kept saying I wasn't satisfied with their solution. But they ended the chat and of course gave me fries?

The meat wasn't cooked fully ,so check your meat before you go. Opened the chicken to see the white. Not because it look crispy and cook or hot, mean it cook. I travel too far to go back to that location for a refund. I will not buy again at the location ?

I recommend the tenders, sandwich, etc just anything outside of the signature pieces if you want your order fast.Wheelchair accessibility: The accessibility is very standard. Elevators work just fine, but bathrooms are meh.
