Overall a bad location for Popeyes. Got my order wrong multiple times, and every time I did a mobile order for some reason it always takes them 20 minutes to prepare my order. Its rather insane for a place that calls themselves Fast Food to move this slow. Workers sitting on their phones past their break time and little to no workers in the back preparing food. This is not the first time ive experienced such a slow preparation from this location including the fact they got my order wrong and gave me less than what i payed for. If you ask me, this has got to be the worst popeyes ive been to.

Oh boy, look, if you're in the mood for that Cajun taste, go to Popeyes and set your taste buds alive with flavor. This Popeyes has friendly workers and is clean with a few tables and chairs for if you want to the fact that you went without the family (?) or you can take it home either way go and enjoy. I am happy that I went and decided to go through the app, so I got 6 wings combo plus 6 wings for $1.00 extra +tax as usual.Parking: There is parking in the back of dunkin' Donuts, which is in the back, or you can take a chance with parking outside, which is where the bus turns and has a stop there ( understand you run the risk of getting a ticket) or at western beef.Wheelchair accessibility: The door is wide for a regular size wheelchair if you need help, go to the take out window on the side and let the worker know you need help with the door.
The chicken was not partially fried They're charging $1 for sauce and $2 for chicken breast when I ask for it. They refuse to let customers use the bathroom the tables and chairs are dirty. The Popeyes on 520 Clarkson Avenue is the worst and the servers are very rude and unfriendly. I had a terrible experience there. I give Clarkson Avenue 0 stars. They need to be retrained to deal with customers and they need to learn to fry chicken better and is the biscuit to eat or is it a rock stone. Worst experience at that store on Clarkson Avenue

Lately I went there I mean last wee before the Christmas. And it was kinda busy time. I told to the register thaT I want two pieces chicken with fries several time to the lady. But she was talking With other people and I felt so angary. But I understand it was a busy time.however, there was a guy i guess he was indan, his name was something like mehdi and I saw he tried to serve the food in best way cause he was well behaved and respectful. That time I felt good that at least they have good people for serve the food. Every other employees should work like him in there. Overll this place is the best.

Not worth buying here, very small pieces of chicken tenders for the prices, I know that everything is expensive, but come on...seriously that miserable small?? Most of the chicken tenders are the size of a nugget.

The new management and employees get the job done here. Yes we sometimes have to wait for that fryer to drop our wanted chicken pieces still, but the organization now is on point at least at best for a fast food restaurant. The new cashiers are friendly and efficient. Always have a smile. The organization here prior to this summer was really off and always a long wait.It doesn’t seem like they are miserable anymore. Well they are fresh faces. Hopefully they last because they get me in and out not like in the past with the other employees they had. Maybe a new owner? And they never a mess up on orders now. They actually take their time to pick properly and correctly.
