The staff is disrespectful the tables are filthy they come out th clean them. When I came home the biscuits were stale they tasted horrible I never tasted nothing like this before. They had no Fries nor Maccoroni and Chesse POOR MANAGEMENT! When we the customers were speaking on it the cashiers were laughing like it was funny I told her there is nothing funny!

This Popeyes is robbing people hard-core. I've been purchasing the same meal for a whole week there - blackened chicken sandwich with cheese, red beans and rice, mac and cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy with a LARGE iced tea. These folks have been charging me for a large yet giving me a small every day. I know because today I got the same meal from the popeyes near my house and was suprised to actually receive a large drink. And at 520 Clarkson don't buy their biscuits, they're just sitting there unopened for rodents to run on.. nope...Proof. I went today and took a large cup from another location with me.. the two cups on the left are a small (that was supposed to be small) and a small they tried to pass off as large. Do NOT go here or if you so make sure they give you large as they HAVE the cups!
Any location I have gone to has offered much more than good customer services. The online deals are made for people with little time for waiting. "On the move" , modern society?♂️?♀️?

I asked the young lady if the chicken was fresh she replied yes, I was so hungry and the chicken was not only cold, there were chopped up piecesThat meal was horrible, don't know if it's the cook but the chicken was dried out, I tried calling the store but they don't pick up. This store can take some lessons from the store on Flatbush and Parkside. I wasted my money ? ?
The servers got an order for us wrong after we repeated it like 3 times. The place isn't very clean, chicken was just okay.

The kitchen and eating space are very well maintained. It's a nice place overall. The staff were also professional and polite. Hard to find such a quiet yet great Popeye store nowadays.
One particular staff is very rude she does not have no customer service and a few of my co-workers complain about her and is most towards colour people we spoke to her manager but nothing has been changed we go else where
