This place was amazing! 10/10! The service was amazing and the drinks were really good! The tacos were also above and beyond. I highly recommend for the start of a night out or to end the night off on a high note!

Honestly wish I could give negative stars to service it was horrible. We saw our server once and she took our order and we did not see her again, not even a "do you guys want another round" or "are you all enjoying your experience/food". Food was great and drinks were good would have been nice if we got to see our server more than once to order more drinks. Was there with friends for one of my friend's birthday and unfortunately it was not a well spent birthday.We were informed we aren't the first to complain about the server and I'm sure we won't be the last.

The place is really nice, dim lighting and music is really good. I would recommend going during happy hour to take advantage of the prices of food and drinks. Service was good and food was hot and fresh. The shrimp wontons were the best.
Went to Prime 623 for vday... is a local bar lounge type in BK... small but gives off big vibes... decor is grown and sexy (no dress code required). Food and service was pretty good and the drinks definitely give you a buzz. Dj was in his bag for the 90s 2000s rnb/hip-hop crowd. I recommend this spot if you're a bk local doing something after afterwork or meeting the crew for pregame.

So we drove all the way to BK from Jersey, to get there and the establishment had nothing on the menu that we ordered! They had no Hypnotic, no Alize and no steak, just to name a few items! They had 1 bartender, one waiter and one bus boy! We felt so sorry for the 1 man running around this whole restaurant trying to tend to everyone there and it was packed! So, we will NEVER be going here again! So, to my fellow Jersey folks, don’t waste your time! Now the appetizers were busting, I will not take that away from them! Those shrimp wontons and the ackee and salt fish totones were fire, but the service and food on hand, was horrible!

The service was terrible, I ended up only getting an appetizer and one drink because I refuse to spend money where the service isn't good especially for the price. Maybe the bartender was having a bad day but they need to work on their customer service skills. The oxtail empanadas were a little dry maybe if they came with a sauce it would have been better. The rum punch was spot on.
An excellent place with live music, cultural good, really good atmosphere and the food is very delicious.

I visited this restaurant back in December and was disappointed with the experience. Once seated, I ordered a Don Julio Blanco. One I tasted the drink I knew immediately it was right. I told my waitress and she assured me it was. The owner/manager also came over to try to reassure me as well. When I went over to the bartender, he said he ran out of Don Julio. So I stated... you just gave me anything thinking I wouldn't notice? He didn't even respond. First impressions last forever and my impression of this restaurant is that they have integrity issues. The menu was extremely limited... as soon as we walked it, they told us more than half of the menu was not an option because they had issues with the kitchen. They said 5 items are available... once seated the waitress told us about 10 options... another integrity issue. We had Buffalo wings... which were good. The chicken fried rice was ok. The restaurant had a good selection of music. Only high top seats are available. The server had bad energy and was not attentive. They definitely need to work on customer service.
