The meats are great, the grill is hot. You may need to point in the vitrine and smile more than talk about the various menu options unless you have decent Russian, but when the meat arrives, you will be happy. Locals tend to grab it to go.

The portions are ratty! I ordered $70 worth of kebabs today, the meat was undercooked, they threw on the onions like the last time! also this questionable tomato sauce! I hope you close your doors in the near future and won’t deceive people!

Ordered delivery for lunch for office for 10 people all food came cold, called reataurant and was told that all deliveries come cold and its normal. Unacceptable. Horrible customer service. They lost a customer. Will make sure people dont order!!!! Horrible!

Food was excellent. Meat was cooked exactly as it should be and all the food ordered came out in a timely manner. Restaurant is also very clean inside. Would definitely revisit.

I cannot say enough positive things about this restaurant I feel like I am at home with my family! I witnessed a beautiful Melody of family and great atmosphere!! The food is amazing come they have something for everyone, more vegetarian options meat options and soups and salads whatever you like they make it!

I came here for dinner and had a great time. Would recommend making reservations, especially if a large group as the restaurant did seem to be pretty busy. The service was exceptional with our waitress very attentive to our needs. We tried multiple items from the menu including the samsas, manti, plov, and qovurma lagmon. All of the items were delicious but our favourite was definitely the plov. I’ve tried Uzbek food from many different cities in the US, but I think the food at shashlik house beats them all. Definitely hope to return when in the Philadelphia area.
