I've ordered from here the last five days straight to see if I'm going crazy.ALL FIVE orders have been partially incorrect, missing items, or someone else's order (which had strawberries in it, something of a health hazard if you don't know).To rule out it being a delivery service issue, I ordered from both UberEats and Door Dash, with the same unfortunate results.Each time I've reached out to support on Uber Eats and Door Dash and they say that they will speak with you, but it's still happening.I've had the delivery people ask them to confirm the order is correct, but it isn't.I've tried calling them directly, but no one ever picks up.Someone from Smoothie King Care needs to get a hold of me ASAP or I will go through other channels to notify the company.RESPONSE: PLEASE HAVE SOMEONE FROM CARE EMAIL/ CALL ME DIRECTLY. I am not filling out another form to jump through a hop for something you did wrong. Please confirm.

I enjoy the smoothies here and have no issues with them. My issue is with the additional sales tax charged that amounts to almost 13%. Owners need to correct this as it could be view as fraudulent. NYC tax is 8.875%. If this is an additional charge for using a Credit Card then it shouldn't reflect "local tax" on the receipt and cash payers should not be charged this CC service fee. Please correct this.

Fantastic staff. I order through the app and would like to leave a tip. Staff is very knowledgeable about what is on the smoothie menu. Very clean inside.

One of the worst places I've ever ordered from they gave away my order to the wrong delivery guy twice in one night and just told me to tell DoorDash then I call them in advance to tell them I'm coming to the store to pick up my order then when I arrive 15 min before closing they tell me they didn't make the smoothie that I had placed for pick up 20 minutes prior and and that they're closed mind you again 15 min before closing so they can't make anymore smoothies.

The staff here is amazing! I don't even live in New York, but my smoothie king app was hacked & someone attempted to purchase $40 worth of items at this location. George, one of the staff, reached out to me since he thought something was off. The issue was resolved & my thanks goes out to him, Yolanda, and Candace, the manager!

I had placed an order online and when I went to pick up the smoothie the store was closed even though the hours posted online said it was still open and the app had allowed me to place the order. However, when I went back to the store, the woman who helped me was very nice and was able to make the smoothie for me and give me a larger size for the inconvenience.

I was at Smoothie King on a Saturday afternoon and there was one person taking orders and making the smoothies. So it took about an hour for us to get a smoothie when there was only three people in line.

While my smoothie was good, I was disappointed with the customer service that was provided. During my visit yesterday, the guy behind the counter spoke in a barely audible voice and barely made eye contact with me. Furthermore, while I used my app to pay for my smoothie with the coupon turned on, he didn't even honor my coupon. I made several attempts to get him to give me a refund and honor the coupon, which worked, but all he said was "There's nothing wrong with the smoothie and there's nothing I can do." Whoever is the manager here needs to do a better job training their employees, especially for an employee that does not take any responsibility for his mistake.
