The worst Starbucks ever !!!! Talk about rude . The employee at the register is very rude and nasty. No greeting nothing. The principle to customer service is greetings. I said hello and no response. I gave her my order and I asked for brownie warmed up. She proceed to just look down and didn’t even answer me. No Thank you no nothing . We waited for our order and we asked the other female employees there where was our brownie they all laughed and said they don’t sell brownies there. Mind you never once that nasty employee at the register told us no we don’t sell that here I’m sorry. So we were just waiting for nothing . I asked to speak to a manager and they all said the manager was gone for the day. Is 4:15pm and a manager left for the day ? So who’s in charge in situations like this. By far the worst Starbucks experience ever. Left a very bad taste in our mouth . Horrible horrible experience!!! Starbucks needs to do better and replace those employees there.
