The ambiance of the location is truly lacking but unfortunately is not the lowest point. After being served our food and water it looked like things were only going downhill from here, the chicken was an oddly bright pink fuschia color and as me and my boyfriend are eating we see and hear a man in the kitchen coughing and literally hacking up mucus twice. Now we were truly disgusted and left, upon realizing we deserve a refund and coming back the restaurant gave us a hard time and attempted only 20% refund until me and my partner insisted it's truly very inappropriate and dirty experience dining there they finally refunded our money. I would definitely be careful and watch for food poisoning and simply inspect your food if you still choose to order from here. I love Indian food and there's a lot of other really excellent restaurants in the area so there's no reason to subject yourself to this.

Portions were a bit on the smaller side for price points, but still shareable.Chicken vindaloo- well seasoned, but very spicy and I love spicy.Saag- Very well seasoned and cooked perfectly. Really enjoyed this.Lime rice- first time trying…enjoyed the hint of lime but not the quinoa (I think that’s what it is) in it.Tarka dal- I like my dal a bit thicker this was on the thinner side but still good.Garlic naan- Fresh and flavorful and bigSauces- All very good.Would definitely order again

Food is subpar, but the terrible service really turned me away from this place. Paid for my bill in cash and forgot my change, the restaurant withheld my money and made weird requests/conditions for me to pick up my change. Misogynistic and money hungry. There are a million better Indian restaurants in Brooklyn who actually care about serving their community.

2nd time ordering via door dash Nothing but excellence... Vegetable Biryani: fresh, great variety of veggies Original samosas... crispy and seasoned Chicken Tikka: bright red with flavor yet not dry inside Garlic naan: yummy but wish there was more garlic and cilantro Hopefully I will venture outside my comfort zone and order something else Any suggestions for this newbie?

Oh my god, my O-ring hasn’t been the same for two days, the lamb vindaloo was so incredibly delicious yet extraordinarily spicy that I am experiencing an entire gut biome cleanse. The Chana masala appetizer was amazing and delicious as was the chicken tikka masala, gulab jamuun were good as well.

Food looks and smells good; is edible. Slightly over salted but the rice was concerning since there was silver flakes of something plastic stuck within it. The place smelled like chemicals.Vegetarian options: Good spices

I live by here so I usually pick up for takeout. Food is okay, I only like the butter chicken from here. Here’s what I’ve ordered so far and how I liked it:- butter chicken: probs my fav dish from here. More sweet than savory but that’s how I like it. Will likely only order this from now on bc every time I try to experiment with something else from this restaurant I’m disappointed.- chicken vindaloo: nothing unique, def spicy. Has potatoes in it. Not bad not good. I prefer the butter chicken.- crispy okra: def not what I expected. It’s literally shredded and fried okra, it feels like I’m eating really sharp grass. I feel like a rabbit eating it. So finely shredded you can’t even taste the okra. Don’t recommend.- daal tadka: very watery. Flavors were diluted. Disappointed.- aloo paratha: very thinly stuffed. I’ll continue to get it bc I prefer aloo paratha with my butter chicken vs. naan, and it’s the same price as garlic naan so I think it’s better bang for your buck in terms of how much it fills me up, but I’ve had a lot better.- garlic naan: don’t remember but I feel like it was good? Pretty big size.

I've been ordering from this delicious restaurant for about 7 years and I've never been anything but excited to order the same thing or try something different!! The quality and spice is always perfect!!

This place doesn’t have the best Indian food and I could categorize it a bare minimum yes (coming from a girl who knows Indian food well)The service was slow. The lighting was off, and the guests coming in and out were a bit strange. One guy was blasting Bollywood music and cricket out loud, another women just walked in from no where, rudely cursed me, and then just walked out.Go on a day you craze Indian food and live in this area of Brooklyn. Or don’t both going at all

Bone dry tandoori chicken. No sauce. How can a Indian restaurant serve chicken with no sauce. Just a burnt dry piece of chicken leg with 2 bits of meat on. It’s beyond me. Anyways enjoy your meal and I’ll seek elsewhere.

I absolutely love Indian food and was craving this heavy late at night. This is my comfort Indian food in Brooklyn. The food is always reliably delicious. My favorites include the chicken tikka and the garlic naan combo which is just chefs kiss. The chicken biryani is also very solid.

I know this place has a lot of negative reviews, but I decided to give them a go all the same. Honestly I loved it. Had the salmon tikka, rice was well cooked and masala sauce was very tasty. I’d come again for sure!
