The food was decent, most of the time, the problem is quality and preparation, both are inconsistent, at best. The real problem with these guys is their customer service, of lack thereof, it's worse than anything else, especially their delivery...for example: if the food is late they won't call or even pick up, if they forget something, like seasoning, they will put you on hold and forget about you, needless to say they do nothing to make it right. Even when they mistakenly delivered my food to a wrong apartment, their reaction was to 'remind' me that it's not their fault because they 'use seamless drivers', telling me to contact seamless, in an angry tone of voice. I ordered from YOU, my order never arrived, you think I should run around looking for it because you're too cheap to hire your own delivery personnel? And you want ME to deal with it, even though I ordered, again, from YOU?So, even though I ordered from them dozens of times, in the end, because of their careless and unprofessional attitude towards me I've decided that it would be easier for me not to order from them anymore. They clearly don't value my business and care very little about my satisfaction... So why waste time on them? Maybe they forget that they have tons of competition, all over the place. Is their food good? Sometimes, sure. Still, if I can sum it up, I'd say: try at your own risk because you can't expect any help if something goes wrong.

At first I want to say that I ate here for brunch. So maybe the lunch menu would be better. But I honestly thought the food was okay. Some parts of the meal were very good others were disappointing. So let me start with the location before I get to the food. Location is nice bad for parking but the interior is pretty. They have a great menu of drinks and food. I enjoyed trying to pick something to eat and drink as I wanted to try everything. So we ordered the salmon and eggs and salmon and eggs benedict. I got just the salmon and eggs as I’m trying to lose some weight for an upcoming wedding. As the salad was good, and the potatoes were very good. Crispy yet soft and buttery in the middle. They were really thick. The lox and avocado were nicely plated looked extremely professional. Unfortunately for us both our eggs (over easy and poached) were over cooked. The hollandaise sauce was average at best. Super disappointing for a brunch as the eggs should be the star of the show. The service was good no problems they were attentive. Overall this place was good. I would maybe come back but not for breakfast or brunch.

Food quality is terrible. Home fry mushrooms were huge pieces of potato’s and they were raw in the middle. portobello mushrooms in the portobello Burger tasted stale. Rock shrimp was average. Had a bite from each items and threw it out into the garbage.

There are various eggs Benedict options such as salmon, steak, crab cake, turkey, avocado, and the Benedict I ordered, fried chicken. The menu also has lunch and dinner options that looked like quality dishes.My waiter was polite, attentive, and professional. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable with a music ambience that is just the right volume.Prices are a little on the high side, in my opinion. However, the quality of the food was impressive. My fried chicken was crispy and juicy, the eggs were perfectly poached and the side salad and potatoes were a great choice for the accompaniment.Recommended and I will be returning in the future!

My girlfriends and I went here for lunch. We've never been before and we were a pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was awesome. It was absolutely beautiful inside. The people were wonderful and welcoming. The food was excellent, no complaints here. I will absolutely go here again.Parking: We drove around quite a bit in order to find the parking space. We did find free parking on the street but that's because it was a Sunday. Otherwise you're going to pay for 2-hour parking on the street.

Today we visited the Terra restaurant to have dinner and have a good time. Unfortunately, we were not able to do this, since the girl administrator (or waiter, I don’t know for sure) was able to ruin the evening. Situation: we two adults and one child sat down at a table, but while we were undressing, our child, 3 years old, slipped away to the next table and poured out the toothpicks folded in one place, the waiter guy came up to put them back, but we asked not to do this in order to spend an educational moment with the son and the son was told to fold it himself, the child obeyed and began to fold everything back. A minute later, a girl came up to the table where the child was sitting and addressed us with a claim that was far from polite: “We should take the child so that he doesn’t spoil the table, otherwise they will be scolded for it.” It is not clear how a child who puts back (individually wrapped) toothpicks ruins the table. Of course, we did not stay in this establishment and went to dinner in an establishment next to Terra. Owners should pay attention to the administrator, because she spoils the impression of the establishment and you don’t want to stay there. You can't build a business with such employees.
After ordering take out a few times, we had our baby shower at this place. It was perfect! Amazing service! Decorations were perfect and impressed our guests. And most importantly, the food was delicious; according to some of our guests it was the best food they had at a baby shower! The shish kebabs specifically are some of the best I ever had! Can’t recommend highly enough!

If you want to receive horrible customer service then maybe you should order online from this restaurant. I placed an order online and waited an hour until I called. I reviewed a confirmation number via email with an order number, and after explaining that numerous times on the phone, the person who answered the phone refused to understand that. Then when I ask to speak to the manager, I was told she is unavailable even though I heard her speaking Russian in the background. This is not Soviet Russia, everyone speaks English in Brooklyn. And instead of trying to help to locate the order or assist the customer she was laughing and asking if it’s a prank. No it’s not a prank, just a customer trying to order food. Stay away from this place, they obviously don’t care about their reputation or business. They just did not want to prepare and deliver a late order.
