Great bar with awesome food! We had their deviled eggs, truffle fries, and deep fried oreos. Everything was delicious! I'm not sure if it's the same in the evening but when we went during lunch hour, there was no table service so make sure to go up to the bar and order!

Great little spot. Outdoor and indoor. Good selection of drinks. Wings were a little spicy. Loved the fries.

I was invited for a friends get together in February 2023 on a Friday evening. It had great mood and great bartenders. People were having fun and I actually purchased a bottle from them also because their house whisky I did enjoy very much. After purchasing the bottle, I was briefly in the way of were the bartenders come from behind the bar. The owner was very aggressive and rude to me in telling me to get out of the way. I was really upset especially after that because it wasn’t super busy and it felt completely unnecessary and killed my mood. Everything was good before that but I won’t go there again because of her; especially since she was unapologetic. The bartenders apologized several times and it helped cool me down but I didn’t want to leave a bad review solely because of one person. I do recommend people go there if they are in the area.

Feels like a cocktail place meets wine bar and they try to serve up food too but also there's a front garden. It works.

I'm so glad that I finally visited this place. The front yard is very nice. Inside it's not very big but it's comfortable. The prices are very reasonable and the service is great. I had the Scotch Egg which came over a bed of Organic Mix Spring Lettuce and sauce on the side. It was very tasty. They have a wonderful Brunch menu and really good specials. The music was great. A lot of 80's songs. The vibe is amazing. The people were friendly. Many were people from the neighborhood but they were very welcoming. It is also a dog friendly place. Also it is located on a block where you have The Bushwick Collective (streets full of street art). I enjoyed my time here a lot and I can't wait to go back.

Perfect meal after catching a show at nearby Company XIV. Loved all the foods we got there: drinks, a mix of light bites, and an entree to share. Shishito peppers, chicken pot pie, fried green tomato, and Rookery fries with the sauce caddy were not to be missed. I recommend the jerked guava sauce add on too! Spacious outdoor patio.

Okay I had the shishito peppers for the happy hour price of $5. I got a soda water with lime, by the restroom there was a self serve jug of cucumber water. I had 6 glasses of tasty fluid and my bank statement says $8 you just can’t beat that. Somehow my friend Billy had much cheese left in his cast iron macaroni and cheese pan so i put that on the peppers. Opulence and luxury. The least amount of money I have spent on anything in this city. Also: photo attached, cryptic sidewalk runes etched in the entryway. Mystery, intrigue. Divine omen, dastardly hex, tattoo apprentice tumblr art? Who knows? go see how little money you can spend here

I miss Scotland sometimes. Good thing The Rookery exists - I can get my pub food fix, my proper English breakfast fix, my black pudding fix, and of course, my proper pint fix! All this blended with Brooklyn sensibilities makes this a regular session for me!

I didn't like the service in this place. I had to clean my own table to sit down. The wings were good. I think the best appetizer was truffled fries. The drinks were okay.

False advertising! Sign outside clearly states $5 mimosas for their recovery brunch on weekends until 5pm. However, we got a nice little surprise when the bill was acquired and the mimosas were actually listed at $7 a pop. That's quite a difference in price especially when you get three rounds. How about you change the sign to reflect your new charges or do you like misleading your customers so they walk into your establishment thinking they're getting a deal? Rookery? More like a snookery.

My friend and I came for happy hour and it was pretty good! Bar seating was relatively full, but the rest of the place was open. We had a few aperol spritz drinks, the fried pickles (you get 3 per order), deviled eggs (you get 4 halves per order) and shishito peppers and both left satisfied. Drinks are $5-10 and select food is $5 during HH.

Just had a couple of beers on a hot Wednesday afternoon whilst mooching around Brooklyn - but really enjoyed it and will be back for a night out.Almost like home from home and made a limey feel at home!

So the other week The Feelies put on an OK gig at Brooklyn Made, got out late after an overindulgent third encore and was hungry. What's a Brit in Brooklyn to do?Thought the search results were bollocks but there actually is a good British pub here serving food until the wee small hours. Just get past the queue for the club next door. And really tasty food too - this Scotch Egg was proper grub, with a runny centre and superbly spicy mustard.Add in really friendly bar staff and a drinks selection that covers all tastes and, if I lived in the area, would cheerfully become a local. We did mean to return for the full-English (black pudding is promised) but couldn't make it. But being able to get a good pint and decent nosh past midnight is what makes New York what it is. London and San Francisco take note.
