Firing on all cylinders! A great combo of mid-day breakfast and hearty lunch — with creative sandwiches and attentive service to boot. We sat outside on a clear day and —other than the typical nyc sirens (and honking alarm of their delivery guy’s scooter every 10 min) the outdoor booth worked great - it accommodated our party of 6 quite perfectly.Inside, the vibe was lively, clearly the locals know this place well — and the decor eclectic and memorable.Recommend!

Where shall I begin? It's was utterly disappointing and I cannot even understand how this place was jam packed with a long line when the food is absolutely terrible!!! I ordered the Eggs Benedict it came with home fries. The home fries were inedible. WTF??? Pure nastiness. I don't even know how to describe the flavor after one bite. How can you mess up potatoes???? The eggs were less than par. The first poached Egg tasted fine. I enjoy a nice runny yolk. That being said, the second "poached egg was over cooked, hard yolk??? I took a photo. My friend got crab cakes with eggs. She didn't enjoy the crab cakes and I can tell you why after I took a taste. It was super breaded, super greasy and it was mushy mash inside. It tasted like some frozen concoction. It definitely didn't look like a traditional freshly made crab cake. Ugh! My husband got the spinach and Swiss omelet. I took a bit of that as well and it just tasted over way over cooked and as if it wasn't cooked in butter. My son enjoyed his French toast. It looked pretty basic and boring sliced white bread. It definitely wasn't challah nor brioche. I just cannot figure out how this place is so popular? It makes absolutely no sense??? Service was good. Coffee sucked as well. What a pathetic excuse for brunch. I didn't pick this place. We were visiting a friend. I still cannot get over the long line and wait to sit down at this place? What are these folks thinking?

Went here for lunch with my girlfriend - and the people were nice, however, experienced food poisoning after eating!

Honestly, it has been quite a few years since I've gone to Tom's, but I haven't gone back due my past experiences. I have eaten breakfast there on two occasions. The food and service were decent and each time I had to run to the restroom. Too bad because they are not far from me.Parking: You may get lucky and find metered parking on the street. On regular parking on the side streets.

Best diner I have found in Brooklyn. Standard fare, well done, reasonably priced. There is usually a line but it moves fast, there are a surprising number of tables in there.

Food is good plus the exterior is Iconic thanks to Jerry Seinfeld. Reasonably priced as
I love coming here! The staff is so warm and accommodating, the food is delicious (get the cinnamon roll pancakes for the table!!), and the vibe is amazing. Our group of 5 got there at 9:30 pm Sunday and missed the crowds. They were able to push some tables together to fit us. By the time we finished eating the line was out the door, so definitely recommend getting there before 11. It’s still cash only so be prepared. The people that work there deserve all the accolades, a neighborhood favorite!

Typical subpar diner food met with an atypical ridiculous price. although a great environment and service is provided.
