Just happened upon this place, and the pizza was excellent. Crust was very good, sauce was a little sweet, but very good. Huge portion of calamari, decided to take photo when it was more than half gone

Literally the best pizza I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was great and authentic vibes. Staff was great super friendly and kind. They gave us free garlic knots. I can’t say enough about this place, was immaculate.

Ordered delivery on a Saturday night from the Slice app and loved everything. Food arrived a tiny bit late but it was a Saturday night after all. I ordered a Greek salad and pasta bolognese with added mozzarella. It all arrived in a pizza box which I thought was cute and clever.

So I ordered delivery from this pizzeria on Seamless. What I didn't realize is that they are in Greenpoint, Brooklyn and I am in Astoria, Queens. If I had realized I would have immediately canceled the order. Two hours later my artichoke pizza arrived -- ice cold. The majority of the blame is on Seamless, but the restaurant should have canceled the order when they saw how far away the delivery address was from them. I will say the pizza did taste good, but would have been a hundred times better if it was hot. The delivery driver was also very pleasant. Lesson learned: always check the distance of the restaurant when ordering for delivery.

The owner of Italian origins is kind, helpful and loves his homeland. He modified one of his sandwiches to accommodate my intolerances and accommodated my needs. The sandwiches are made with pizza dough and the dough is soft and delicious. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED :)Vegetarian options: The manager had no problem modifying one of the sandwiches to my taste and needs

I ordered a pizza today for delivery and paid extra for toppings that were not put on. When I called politely asking Tony’s to send me the correct order, the woman on the phone became extremely rude and aggressive. She went off on me saying it was not Tony’s fault and she blamed Uber eats and the delivery driver for the error. She didn’t try to help at all and then abruptly hung up on me. She made me feel very uncomfortable. My partner heard the conversation too and was blown away by her disrespect. She had no empathy or consideration for us as customers who waited over an hour. I‘ve noticed other comments about a rude lady working there, so I’m guessing it’s the same person. She is unsuited for a position dealing with customers. This was some of the worst customer service I’ve gotten from a restaurant. Completely unprofessional and inexcusable. Your customers deserve better
