Wendy's customer service was outstanding. Upon entering, I was greeted with a warm smile and positive energy. Although I initially thought she was the owner , she humbly mentioned she's an employee who genuinely enjoys interacting with customers. The restaurant is very clean. Well maintain and organize. Anyone should really be happy if Wendy is the front of the business. She’s absolutely amazing!! The food was really fresh, juicy and hot. Everything was perfect . I’ve been in Bedstyy for 10 years and I haven’t Discover Customer Service like this in a very very long time especially at a Jamaican restaurant.

I come here at least once a week, and the food never disappoints. Always made fresh, and the staff are very kind and generous with portions. There’s not a lot of Jamaican restaurants I visit in NYC but this is one of the best. Authentic recipes, amazing food. I’m a huge fan of the curry goat meal. Give it a try and let me know your thought thoughts!Parking: It’s a residential area, and there’s plenty of parking.

I’m leaving this place as I type this review, Kimberly the young lady that took my order was very nice and polite, her customer service is A1, I haven’t tasted the food yet but it seems like it was made with love. The establishment is very clean and well put together. I would definitely recommend

I would say it is the best in the neighborhood; that is the Ralph and Howard strip bounded by Fulton and Broadway.Service can be slow at times, but there is usually good lovers rock playing to vibe to while you wait. I got turned on to Bitty McLean while waiting.
