Probably the smallest two scoops of ice cream I have ever gotten. It was $9.64 cents with tax. I gave a dollar tip as well. I can I should be happy because I was trying to limit my sweets. But when you have a worker who is not happy with their circumstances it can really affect your business. The cashier was lovely. Ice cream was good but I probably never go back to this location in my life. Not worth taking a $10 dollar risk.

India and Casey were both amazing! we came in indecisive and they were both so sweet! the earl grey tea was amazing it literally tasted like a hot tea but was a nice cold treat! will for sure be back thanks to the amazing service!!!

Love their ice cream but this specific location is truly annoying. They blast music at a level that’s really not necessary. My 8 month old has a class nearby every Monday and I keep trying to get ice cream afterwards. The music is too loud for an adult and way too loud for a baby. The first time I asked them to turn it down. The second and third times I just left. Not going to try again.

I can’t believe how they treat the customers on October 2 2023 730pm the night crews needs to be replaced with people who enjoy what they do I’m coming for ice cream nothing more I’ll skip on this location especially in the evening

I truly love their ice cream but.. I ordered 2 cups of 2 scoops each. When asked why scoops are clearly not the same size the server said that one flavor is more watery/runny. Definitely not the case as we got 1 scoop of the same flavor and one was way bigger. I politely asked to add some more as one cup had nearly twice as much ice cream but she refused. This is the first of your shops I had this issue with. Will not come back to this location.
This is the portion I got for 2 scoops (left side). The server said because the ice cream was watery thats why it looked "smaller". But when I asked why other people were getting way bigger portions, first she said they order 2 scoops which I replied: same as I did. And then she replied because the scoop on the bottom was smaller the second scoop was bigger to make it up for it and said so why mine was not like that and she walked away.Very disappointed from the Manhattan Av. store in Greenpoint.

Holy Moly! This ice cream is freaking fantastic. I was expecting good, but this was GOOD. Highly recommended. The kids behind the counter aren't the friendliest, but the ice cream more than makes up for it.

I love Van Leeuwen, but it is just way too dirty in there. Is not a good experience. The ice cream is great but being in there is really not cool. Especially considering that it is a successful company.

Came here during a heatwave and to treat my bf who was visiting NY and trying Van Leeuwenhoek Ice cream for the first time! Joseph and Tara are so adorable, they had the best energy, the best smiles and we chopped it up about my favorite flavors! Thank you for being so sweet and having the best customer service.
