A great restaurant with a fantastic vibe! Our waiter, Eddie, is AMAZING with the recommendations of the menu and drinks. Eddie was very attentive to us to made sure we had everything we needed. He has such a warm and bright personality, you will not be disappointed to be taken care by him!

I always make it a point to support this cafe instead of larger chains like Joe's. However, my recent visit (3/30) was incredibly disappointing. The barista, whose gender I do not want to assume, made me feel like an inconvenience for simply coming in and ordering a coffee. They ignored me for a while to continue chatting with a coworker about personal matters, clearly showing their displeasure at having to serve me. The whole interaction literally felt like a scene out of a comedy skit about rude Brooklyn baristas. I left feeling so awkward and unwelcome - despite being kind, smiley, and polite! I love the coffee and sweets at Vineapple, but the unprofessional behavior of the staff is making me reconsider returning. I hope that the management addresses this issue and provides proper training with staff on how to treat customers. I work in the service industry, so I get it, but I would never ever act that way to customers!!!

The only thing that is missing is decorum. Every time I have came the food service folks have mocked, laughed and gossiped about my crew of folks and it’s not pleasant to have to look over my shoulders while trying to enjoy myself.
