This ViVi isn't my favorite, but it has a lively, upbeat store atmosphere. The few times I've at around 3-4pm, staff was decent, but during 5pm it's better and faster. Still, it's a great store overall.Parking: Parking would be somewhere outside, or you'd have to double park. It's honestly very difficult to find a spot.
I would stop by sometimes for a boba drink, one of the workers was so rude, my first time seeing her , getting her attitude so I went out for 2 minutes and came back to pick up my drink she’s there doing nothing and sees me waiting she didn’t give me my drink so I took it from the counter she said don’t do that again I will bring it to you with an attitude. I told her you see me waiting I don’t have all day to wait for you and left. Never went back!!

Got a pistachio latte and thought it didn't really have much pistachio taste. FYI - most of the drinks are cold. If you want a hot drink you will not be able to order through the app and have to order in person. A small order to go place so there are no seatings.
