ZERO STARS -! The level of disrespect towards customers is shocking. They got our entire orders wrong (5 people), so of course I complained, and I was immediately given a really bad attitude. Not only that but they purposefully delayed our remakes to make a point. Once the remakes were done, 3 out of the 5 orders were still wrong. While we were there other people complained for bad orders and got the same cold shoulder from manager and crew. To top it off, the bathroom does not work, this is completely unsanitary. This restaurant does not deserve to be in business.

The service is incredibly slow. The Guyanese crew working here has the worst attitude. The young miss at the drive through window told the boy not to give me my coffee and barked for me to go to the door. It took 15 min for her to make my french toast, breakfast sandwich and fries. 7 cars went ahead of me. And when I finally got my food, she sealed the bag up so tight and I didn't see that she purposefully stole my fries. Fries that they don't season well either. Bottom line, the service here is horrible!!!!! The food is underseasoned and tastes even worse given the terrible, abusive service you receive. This is the 2nd bad experience I've had here. I thought the 1st was a fluke, but now I see there is no professionalism and they're thieves. Make sure you check every part of your order before you leave. That little miss is a thief and she's nasty.

I've been to this Wendy's restaurant a couple of times. And every time I go there it's always something going on with the food and the customer service. The last time I went there I asked for a bacon cheese baked potato. The cashier tells me they have no more potatoes. The bathrooms are not clean. And it's just not a good place to eat as far as I'm concerned.
I will avoid this location at all cost if I were you.Let's start with the parking lot you can barely drive in because there are a bunch of gas or electric mopets/scooters/bikes wrongfully parked making it impossible to drive in the lot thru Pennsylvania Ave. Then once inside the waiting are of this place is absolutely filthy and dirty and is filled with those who own the mopets/scooter camping in the restaurant waiting for work I guess, and taking all the sitting area laying there some with no shoes on among other things, there is also homeless people requesting money from the customers and acting strange if you didn't give them any,and then when is time to get your "fast food" from the staff if is not ready when you arrive make sure you go and stand pretty much in front of the line until is ready because if you don't and you found a please to sit and wait once is ready they won't even care to let you know that is ready just like it happened to me and end up leaving with the food cold for the place.Now I understand why those waiting for delivery/work some of them were just standing/hawking/ gathered the pick up spot.Avoid going inside the restaurant especially with you kids that place is a ticking time bomb.Or maybe just use the drive thru
Crazy kids everywhere did not spoil the enjoyment of the best Wendy's food I've had in forever. And don't be fooled, it's not the same at all stores. I only eat chili and fries at Wendy's. This chili was the very best I've tasted, thick and rich. Fries were also perfect.Parking: Parking is easy and rarely full.

I normally go here and when I go to the drive thru my food is hot and good today my food taste cold nasty dry the sauces I asked for I did not get , the 2 black woman in front 1 look like a manager got no control did not give me all my change and fulled my cups up like soda all over. and delivery drivers blocking up the whole front counter out a orda no body wants to be disappointed when spending they money on nothing ....... just know if I get sick we have a problem Huston... look at the sauces like they sink they nails in it or rat was on it

If I could rate this restaurant zero stars I would I have placed several orders from them these past couple of weeks and every time I order something is always forgotten. Like is it that hard to just make sure the order is right before the bag gets closed?
