We went there to celebrate our friends birthday, who extra came from Germany. I reserved a table for 6 and added the birthday remark. Besides the view and atmosphere and the sweetest bartender Rose, the staff was horrible. The hostess and the waiter gave us the worst service ever. Our reservation was gone, we were sat at tiny bar table were eating was impossible and the birthday was forgotten. Until the end....when the waiter Juan actually asked the birthday girl herself if she still wants that cake!?!? We were in shock!!! For the amount of money you pay I expect a way better service! Very disappointing!!

Worth a visit if you're a tourist. Come for the views. If you're a local, you won't miss out much if you skip this place. Especially on the weekends. I've been here numerous times because I live in this neighborhood and I always take my friends who are visiting me from out of state here but i always seem to leave disappointed.The views are gorgeous for sure but the service is questionable at best. Nobody cared to take our orders or bring us water - we had to wait 30+ minutes to flag someone down. We got a bottle of wine and let the servers know that we're only here for drinks. We weren't even done with the bottle and we had our server come back three times asking if we wanted to order food or more drinks. Honestly felt like they were trying to pressure us into ordering more. Also where was this attentiveness when we actually needed to order??if you must go, ONLY go for the terrace and the views. I don't think you need a reservation if you just want to check out the views!

It has an incredible view, but it is almost always too windy outside. In cold seasons, it is not recommended. When you arrive, they tell you that you have 90 minutes available, it doesn't matter if you want to stay longer, you have this maximum time. The prices are high and the general public is 100% tourists.
