Long wait times here on weekends - I guess that means plenty of time to write a Yelp review! The seating process is very confusing and it doesn't seem like the staff are very organized for the most part, although the service was very friendly overall. Don't come hungry on weekends, it took over 45 mins after ordering to actually get our food. Granted the staff warned us the kitchen was slow so I guess that one's on us. They also offered to comp us a muffin which was much appreciated. Fire alarm went off due to smoke from the kitchen which would've been an extremely annoying and headache inducing, but the staff took it with great humor and was quite apologetic. Onto the food itself - after almost an hour of waiting, we got chicken sandwiches, grits and eggs. The food was decent but not spectacular. Bit of a letdown after such a long wait, and the price is not cheap either ($15-20 per entree).

One of the best diners you’ll ever go to. Slammin’ food, filling, and not overly expensive for NYC. They do get busy so go early or factor in a wait. But that’s only cause they’re that good.

Amazing find! My wife, my son and I had brunch here today. And we will definitely go back soon. The food and service were amazing. My wife and I had the Griddle with home fries amazing. My son was very happy with his waffles and chicken strips. I rarely if ever leave reviews. But this place is such a gem the deserve the acknowledgement.

Hands down best new edition in Brooklyn right now. My first experience I had the avocado sandwich. When I tell you perfection!! The egg fried just right. The bacon was fresh. And the BREAD!! uugghhh Sometimes the bread on sandwiches can be a hit or miss but just amazing all around. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our meals so much we ordered food to go just to give it a try! Can’t wait to go back.

Really nice staff and delicious affordable food. I'm glad to see one of the owners of Mannys bringing ties quality back!

Such a cozy, comfortable atmosphere. Our server Kassidy had such an infectious smile and welcoming spirit. I would love to spend a rainy afternoon tucked away in this little diner. The Griddle Stack made me forget all my worries, and I left with a smile on my face. I don’t know what they do to those hashbrowns, but I’m a happy camper.

Come for the griddle stack, stay for the service! Delicious classics with a fun twist are served in this quaint 70s inspired diner that has a real neighborhood feel. Our server Kassidy was incredible and so sweet! Would highly recommend for any diner enthusiast or just someone looking for a quality meal. I’ll have to stop by to try their lunch/brunch options!

Winfield’r Diner is a wonderful new addition to the neighborhood. The staff could not have been more pleasant and kind. The food was fantastic, I had the THEBESTCHICKENSANDWICHYOUVEEVERHADINYOURLIFE and it lives up to the name. Also the price is fair and one of those rare places now that you truly feel was worth it. I'll be going back again and again.

Fantastic experience - the customer service is some of the best in the area (like the Trad Rooms). Good food, slightly over priced but worth it. The customer service and environment make this place standout and a hidden gem. Definitely recommend supporting this Black owned spot!Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp
