Short version: Some reviewers suggest the owners discriminate, racially or religiously. I don't like to make those assumptions. Short of a field test how can one know? I prefer to give them benefit of doubt and believe they're simply crass, rude people ... who decided to go into a service industry. Long story: I regularly take my Korean mother-in-law a doctor in the neighborhood. The place we usual go for coffee is full, but 'Wrap n Roll' (6 or 7 tables, no frills) is empty. "Two coffees, please." The man stares at us like we've fallen from the sky. I ask again. He looks at the woman, as if seeking permission, then asks if we want anything to eat. The display case has mini pizzas and other items, curling up at the edges. I'm not getting the best vibe and it occurs to me there's a reason we're the only customers. The woman points to a menu. I explain to Omma that lox is smoked salmon, and she can have it on bagel, pita or baguette. They're eyeing us suspiciously - it reminds me of how people look at me in Japan - like they expect me to break something or defecate on the floor. "Does she want cream cheese?" She doesn't. "Just a bagel and lox, please. And two coffees." Again the man looks at the woman. I picture his thought bubble - 'What should I do?!' As we sit I say in Korean "These people are strange!" A plain bagel and lox is pretty bland but she likes it. And the coffee is fine. We drink, she eats, we chat. We're the only customers. The man noisily rearranges chairs around us. Why?? Seems gratuitous, since no one sat in them. A couple people come in and order something to go. After a while one actually sits down. We're now three customers. Omma eats slowly, and she's talking, so we're probably there an hr. It's a long time for a bagel and coffee but we're talking! Lol, I can't believe I feel the need to justify. I'd have thought that having customers attracts other customers. Suddenly the woman says "You need to go now. You've been here too long." Lol. We goIf they'd been busy I'd understand. If they'd been busy we wouldn't have stayed so long. But with the reputation they're building I can't imagine that being a problem.

Really great for a quick bite. They have an amazing Greek salad I like to get it with the spicy lemon dressing and add tuna. Delicious! My dad ordered a sabich in pita and said it was really good too. Have to come back to try more :)

The food was very good, but the service? I came to eat in after going to a doctor nearby. The proprietor chased me out with my sandwich. This was my first time coming here. I do not recommend them.

The place is very dirty, the food is frozen and bad, there are a better places to eat something good, and the owner is unpolite

Do not go here my first impression there was workers arguing with the owner about missed wages it was going on the whole time with shouting very unpleasant experience And I still gave them business i ordered a falafel and when it was time to pay first they said $6.50 then they said $850 the owner was clearly trying to overcharge the fact that he doesn’t pay workers is a sign not to go back!
