The food was great, my favorite thing to order is a meat over rice. The burger I had was ??I’m going to try everything on the menu and figure out what’s my favorite item. If your nearby or want some good halal food, definitely make a visit and try them out. I think they just started, let’s show some support.

The Halal Lamb over Rice is a must try! I also liked their Fry Fish with Fries. The guy that owns the Restaurant is very polite and accommodating. He makes it fresh. Definitely coming back again!

The buffet is an impressive $4.99 a pound, more depending on meat/fish purchases, and has a wide variety. The goat was o.k. but I was more impressed by the vegetable entrees, especially the cabbage in a sauce I liked but couldn't identify. This was the first time I had bean pie and really enjoyed it.

The building suffered fire damage a short while ago and it might be difficult to see the sign on the construction scaffolding, but they are certainly open for business. One of the few places open early which offers a breakfast different from the standard "ham n eggs" fare. The fresh juices are great- all natural, and its always good to find a cup of pineapple mango for the same price you'd pay for a sugar-filled Tropicana at a bodega. There's also a cash machine and a few grocery items to go along with the steam table buffet.

This place is one of the few places where you can get a good meal pretty cheap. I've been coming here for awhile and although the food is still good it's not as good as it used to be. When I first started going there the owner was always present, and he greated all the customers warmly. Havent seen him lately which is probably why the food isnt quite what it used to be.

This place is the reason I didn't go hungry my first month living in Bed-Stuy. For $7, you can get a home-cooked meal AND fresh juice. It's cafeteria style and they charge by the pound for food, but I always know that if I get more than $5.50 worth, I'm probably not gonna be able to finish it. An unbelievable value in this city. The owner (I think he's the owner) is really nice and remembers you (might have something to do with the fact I went every day for two weeks). Anyway, not the best ambiance for a meal on the town, but when you need good food quick that's also good for you, look no further.
