Lovely food. Very hole in the wall. Not fancy but who cares, amazing value. Get the Yakitori on the back of the menu and the fried rice.

Love their authentic Japanese cuisine, service is ALWAYS kind and with a smile. Can’t wait to see how they grow into a building suited for their talents.

Food was good, took a while to get the food but it was worth the wait. Definitely coming back to try some other dishes.

My bf and I came here for dinner. Turns out they are takeout only and do not have dine in, the entire dining area is all closed off and chairs stacked up. So we left and went to SATO instead.

Awesome food! Best meso soup I've ever had and I'm picky! Also, great service. thank you!

This restaurant has great reviews and I live nearby so it's a shame it took me this long to go try it. We ordered the chicken hibachi and the bulgogi. Both meals came with a miso soup and rice, the hibachi dinner also had some vegetables with it. All the sides were amazing, the soup was really good, the rice was sticky and delicious and the vegetables were cooked great. The bulgogi was super tender and will definitely be a staple of my future orders. Only complaint about the food was the hibachi chicken was pretty dry. If it had some sauce I think it would've masked it some, but I'm going to try other things on the menu before I give this a second chance. We also had the pork gyoza appetizer and it was one of the best I've ever had. I tried using its sauce on the hibachi chicken to help alleviate the dryness and it worked a little bit. I unfortunately didn't take pictures of the food, but I do have pictures of the menu so I will share that since all the ones on here are very old. This menu is current as of 3/28/2023. The restaurant has no dine in options currently, they are set up for take out and are quick to make your food. Also the cost of this place may have gone up over the years, but it's a great value for really good food!

It wasn't horrible but will I be back definitely not. Scallion pancakes very dense, dry, flat and no dipping sauce. Sesame chicken basically fried batter and barely any chicken. Shrimp lo mein it was ok. The pepper steak pretty good. The tsukune awful. Burnt to a crisp. Fed them to the dog. I had high hopes but really disappointed. Waste of money.

Food is always consistent. The price is incredibly fair. You get a ton of food. Big fan of the hibachi. Does not come with yumyum or ginger sauce for those who like them. Solid choice for any day of the week!Vegetarian options: They have a vast menu with a lot of options and ethnic cuisine.

Food is alright, it's a Chinese Japanese fusion restaurant. Nothing fancy. Tasty NGL.Soups are flavorless but everything else is up in the line of fast food restaurants.

They said dine-in was available and then changed their mind to takeout. Beef ramen did not look as big or good as in the picture -- cheapest beef. They tried to charge me $20 instead of $12 like on the menu.

It's a hit-n-miss for me. I have been here a couple of times and I always end up liking one of the 2-3 dishes we order.

Ample selection of bar food. The portions are like tapas, hence the price is reasonable for Manhattan
