Love the food here. Been coming in for about 8 years. I usually get pho and spring rolls. Not sure how the other items are. Keep in mind this is a chill spot to eat, so you won't get high end dining service, but the food is good, and the people are nice!

One of my favorites in the area. #41 is the best dish with the vermicelli and pork skewers. Their fresh spring rolls are amazing. The food is just fantastic.

Very good pho and spring rolls. Not too salty. Good portions. Great peanut sauce. Only issue I had was that the cilantro was chopped up atop the noodles. Next time I will have to remember to ask for it on the side. (I can't eat cilantro but am used to it coming on the side with basil so never ask them to omit)

Been coming here since 2010 back in the day while I was in college. Arguably the best spot for pho in town. Their other items are good too but I think the portion can be a little larger. One item doesn’t satisfy me. I need 1.5 to be satisfied. Other than that it’s all good. Come get their pho and enjoy!

It's not fancy but the food and service are excellent! This restaurant is great for informal dining, and they do a land-office business with take-out and Door-Dash. The menu is varied and has dishes for seafood lovers, meat lovers, and vegetarians. There is a step and two doors to negotiate if you are concerned about access. It's on #29 Bailey bus route. Use Rounds Ave or Lisbon Ave stops.
We used to go to Pho Dollar when passed through buffalo area. Recently we switch to 99 Fast Food because Pho Dollar doesn't taste as good as before. This is our 3rd time at 99 Fast Food. We like the food. We don't like the service though. At 99 Fast Food, they don't seem like friendly people. I also don't like the fact that they added 18% service charge automatically to my bil. Ok, it's normal now that restaurants add this 18% gratuity automatically. However, the owner did not give us the option to change it. He quickly swiped away that option I want to change because I also ordered takeouts. I don't want to pay 18% gratuity on my takeouts. Oh, why the 18% calculated from the total that include tax?

Great Vietnamese restaurant. You can never go wrong with their pho soup…best in town. I also love the teriyaki pork and love the rice paper spring rolls!

Love love love 99 Fast Food. The spring rolls are large, very fresh, and come with the best peanut sauce I have ever had. As others have said, you can't go wrong with any of the Pho that are offered here; for a different take try the Wonton Pho. My favorite dish is the Com Tam Suon Bi Trung; BBQ shredded pork with broken rice topped with a fried egg. No photos as the food is usually eaten by the time I think of it, but I'll try again next time ... maybe tonight (yum) Service is great; There is one young gent there we see all the time who is gracious, helpful, and always smiling. Highly recommended!!

I love it here!!!! The employees greet you right away and are happy to make accommodations. The Pho portions are HEAVY but this time I got the garlic shrimp and it was a generous portion as well. Very flavorful.
