Very yummy ? food; got the Haddock Fish Dinner with smoked turkey cabbage, macaroni and cheese, garlic potatoes & their Happy Drink. Everything was fire ?; extremely delicious. I highly recommend this place if you like Soul Food! ?❤️??

I had a terrible service experience where the owner complained to me about what they didn’t have and expected me to accept what was available. I ordered peach cobbler and they gave me chocolate cake. I was basically told to deal with it.The rest of my food order was trash! The oxtails were the absolute worst! I question whether they were actual oxtails!

Most amazing food, almost made me shed a tear. As a Jamaican now living in America, I have been looking for food that brings nostalgia of my childhood. The chicken was so tender it fell of the bone, the rice was cooked to perfection. I had a bit of banana pudding and it was so good that I had to stop myself. Truly it was something that I needed, and the costumer service added the cherry on top. The cashier was super sweet and made me instantly feel like family. If you are looking for something new or true soul food, this is hands down the best place ?.

The owner talked me into staying and trying her food.While waiting, I observed her greeting everyone who came in like she was they mama! The food was awesome. The chicken as I requested was cooked soft and beautiful. Seasoned perfectly. The yams and Mac n cheese were delicious. It was worth the price to me for a broke chick.The atmosphere was warm and inviting and reminded me of “Mattie’s” on Fillmore back in the 80s & 90s.Please come try her and support her. I know I will. And they have peach cobbler and banana pudding!!!! Colorful little cafe, a huge tv, a huge fish tank with tons of colorful fish, yellow tables, curtains, and music.
I ordered 1 piece haddock and 6 shrimp. I got the greens and yams. It was absolutely amazing. My husband got 8 piece wings with rice and yams. It was all wonderful.

Food is not good and owner accused me of "having an attitude" when my order was delivered to the wrong address and I called to inquire. Then she began harassing me for leaving a review of MY experience! Yelp chastised me instead though..I guess that's what counts for good service these days
This place needs to be shutdown asap very bad customer service and horrible food not worth will be call the health department and do whatever to get them shutdown if we have get people gather people around

I placed an order. Had it delivered. It was cold and disgusting. When I called the owner she had a very nasty and unpleasant attitude and told me to put it in the microwave. Even after putting it in the microwave the food was still disgusting. Disgusting food. Disgusting owner attitude.
